HOW TO QUALIFY

These cards aren’t found in the starter deck, so you’ll be starting off with a lot more cards to choose from.

WHAT IS DELEGATING?

It means I still own the cards, but you're free to use them as much as you like until the delegation period ends. They also count towards your collection power during that time.
