Hello Splinters Family, Welcome back

Another week Another Battle Mage Secrets challenge, Every week we have the challenge to share battle certain rulesets. We will explain the strategy we use for that ruleset. To join this weekly challenge just follow Splinterlands.

Description:

  • All units receive the Return Fire ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that attack with ranged attacks receive damage back.

  • Damage returned is equal to damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.

  • Ranged attack units with the Reflection Shield ability do not take damage from reflected magic attacks.

  • The Amplify ability increases damage.

In this ruleset, All monsters have a return fire ability. The ranged damage of return is equal to the damage of the attacker divided by 2 rounded up.

To protect from the return of ranged damage you may use a reflection shield or lessen the effect by using a summoner with a -1 range attack, or headwinds ability.

You can also use Monster with heal ability to lessen the effect of return damage.

DEFENSIVE ABILITY

-1 RANGE
HEADWINDS
REFLECTION SHIELD

All these abilities can lessen the damage of the ranged return of the attacker monster.

I use Kitty for the summoner to heal the 1st position monster and give additional speed. because one of the rulesets is Going the Distance only ranged attackers use in battle. The additional speed has to chance to miss the attacker's attack.

  • ASH MIRAGE - The only monster for this battle. Ash Mirage is a ranged attacker with Headwinds ability. Headwinds can lessen the damage of range attack and damage return.

ROUND BY ROUND BATTLE

ROUND 1

  • In this round, All divine shields of the opponent remove because of the backfire.

ROUND 2

  • Opponent Acid Shooter missed a shot, Because of backfiring Izza and Xenth receive damage.

ROUND 5

  • In round 5 two monsters of the opponent kills because of backfire.

ROUND 7

  • Because of continuous missed of Acid Shooter Its takes up to round 7 before the acid shooter dies.

  • Battle ended in round 23 because of fatigue.

  • Speed help to miss the attack of opponents.
  • Kitty heal helps to lessen and heal the damage of an attack
  • Headwinds ability of Ash Mirage helps to lessen the damage of attackers.
