Part 10...If I were a new player, would I be able to play this game? Dust to Diamond!

My noob account revealed. I've decided to reveal my noob account for a couple of reasons. One is that the new rewards system will be coming out soon. I want to show the progress I made so far and how that anyone with just a spellbook can progress in this game. Although it isn't free to earn or play it's as close as I can get it.
And two: I feel like I accomplished one of my goals, To get out of Bronze III. I know this isn't that big of deal to most people playing the game. But you have to put yourself in a new players shoes. Overwhelmed with choices, playing against the pesky bots in Bronze League, little to no hope with getting cards. The deck is stacked against you (pun intended). This account was started in April and keep in mind the only way for me to get cards at the start was to get daily loot chests and end of season rewards. Now that I have a few cards I have some wider range of choices. I can sell extra cards for DEC to use again for rental or to enter tournaments. Or to buy some much needed ghost cards.
Battling the bots was hard without having anything but starter cards.

So here's what went down...

A. I was able to rent about 1000 cp for about 2 dec/day. I started at about 5 days left with end of season. End of season rewards got me this:

Not bad. Not great but it got me 3 cards and some credits to help with buying another card. My other card I had listed a few weeks ago finally sold and that gives me some DEC. So now, I will be able to rent again and maybe enter another tournament or two. I'm in one on May 20th, 2022, we'll see how I do. Here are some more pics that show my account GUUFBAWL. Feel free to look him up. No delegations, no freebies, no help, and only rented cards from DEC that I was able to get from flipping some $.015 cards.

Now some thoughts on the next season. I'm hoping to pick up some more cards, maybe another 50 cp worth from dailies and the end of season rewards. I will continue to flip some cards, hit that tourney and we'll see what happens. I hope to have around 200 to 250 cp worth by the time new rewards start. I will try to pick up as many cheap ghost cards that I can with the credits I earn or DEC from flipping. I know that it will take less cp to get into Bronze II however the rental may be the same or even higher than before. No one knows. I know it will be a little while to get into some upper leagues but that's why I'm doing this, to show new players that it can be done, if you are willing to put in some time and be patient with the game. Take what it gives you and over a period of time you will have a nice account and some fun to boot.

Join me as I take GUUFBAWL from Dust to Diamond! (maybe?)
