Part 12...If I were a new player, would I be able to play this game? Dust to Diamond!

Hello again. Welcome to my journey from Dust to Diamond. I was able to rent about 1k cp from the market at about 1.8 DEC a day.

I thigb5.jpgnk this will essentially take me down to about 4 DEC left at the end of season. I'm hoping for a little bit better luck in the daily chests and rewards at eos (end of season). We'll see how it goes. I don't know when they will implement some of the rewards code during this season as the rumor goes or if it will be implemented at the end of the season. So I will have to plod on as though there are no changes.
I am presumably a few battles from getting back into Bronze II (the whole point of renting some cards to get there.) and will open the daily chest I have read to be claimed when I move into that league.

Now there are couple of things to consider: 1) DEC value loss and 2) loss of rentals closer to end of season to cp bid pricing by owners.

  1. I may actually lose value by renting cards but that is why I set it for 500 cp/dec rental configuration. and the way I would lose value is if all my chests including end of season rewards were either all potions, or very very low value of credits/dec.
  2. If within one or two days of the end of season, the owners of these cards I'm renting jack up their rental prices.

So that being said, I believe that it is worth the gamble to go for the rental because with just one reward card I can sell it for about 13 dec and up. (I would try for about 18 DEC approximately $.02). And that would allow me to repeat the process for the next season.

BUT...

and that's a big but (no literally, the print is bigger) because with changing rewards to be implemented I will be limited by just a few cards. which means fewer reward shares which means I will be clawing myself out of Bronze the hard way again. So I hope that I get more than one card and that they are decent. I would love to get a Djinn Chawala or any epic reward card. I could then sell and buy a few cards. Unless I get a Uraeus, that card I would keep.

Until next time, join me on my journey from Noob to Champ or from Dust to Diamond! Long road, but the journey of a 1000 miles begins with the first step. (I'm on step 12 or so?)
