[Splinterlands] DARK ENCHANTRESS - Social Media
Hello dear artists! Welcome to my blog, here I present my participation for the social media section of Splinterlands, this time I chose again the character of DARK ENCHANTRESS but made in the new style that I am applying, a little more realistic and youthful, I remember that the DARK ENCHANTRESS was my first adaptation that I chose when I started participating in the Splinterlands art contests, now I want to share with you in social media, I am very satisfied with the result obtained and in future installments I would like to recreate characters previously made.
Next I show you the step by step of the development of the illustration.
¡Hola queridos artistas! Bienvenidos a mi blog, acá les presento mi participación para la sección social media de Splinterlands, en esta oportunidad elegí nuevamente el personaje de DARK ENCHANTRESS pero realizado al nuevo estilo que estoy aplicando, un tanto más realista y juvenil, recuerdo que la DARK ENCHANTRESS fue mi primera adaptación que elegí cuando empecé a participar en los concursos de arte de Splinterlands, ahora quiero compartir con ustedes en social media, estoy muy satisfecho con el resultado obtenido y en futuras entregas me gustaría volver a recrear personajes anteriormente hechos.
A continuación les muestro el paso a paso del desarrollo de la ilustración.
Drawing development / Desarrollo ✏️ 
The first lady of the Dark Eternals began long ago with the distant memory of a life in Lyveria as a simple farmer’s daughter. She had met the Lord of Darkness, fallen in love and signed the Dark Contract herself. Now she was the Dark Enchantress, all-powerful in magic and the Dark Lord’s true Queen.
La primera dama de los Eternos Oscuros comenzó hace mucho tiempo con el lejano recuerdo de una vida en Lyveria como simple hija de un granjero. Había conocido al Señor de las Tinieblas, se había enamorado y ella misma había firmado el Contrato Oscuro. Ahora era la Encantadora Oscura, todopoderosa en magia y la verdadera Reina del Señor Oscuro.
First I usually analyze the character to have a clearer idea of what I want to do, in this case I wanted to make the DARK ENCHANTRESS in a somewhat animated style, with youthful tendencies as I mentioned before, for this reason I made the sketch with large rounded eyes, besides the hair I wanted it to be all curly, it was a challenge to do it because I'm not used to create this type of hair, for the skin I chose pink and beige tones which little by little I was varying their tonalities to the violet ones to be more faithful to the original image, I designed the hat and the clothes, I thought to place the necklace and the buckle that the hat has but this time I decided not to add them, I blurred all the colors to pass to the detailed section of the drawing.
Primeramente suelo analizar el personaje para tener una idea más clara de lo que quiero realizar, en este caso quise realizar a la DARK ENCHANTRESS en un estilo algo animado, con tendencias juveniles como mencioné antes, por tal motivo hice el boceto con grandes ojos redondeados, a parte el cabello quise que fuese todo rizado, fue todo un reto realizarlo ya que no estoy acostumbrado a crear este tipo de cabello, para la piel elegí tonos rosados y beiges los cuales poco a poco fui variando sus tonalidades a los violetas para que ser más fieles a la imagen original, diseñe el sobrero y la ropa, pensé colocarle el collar y la ebilla que lleva el sombrero pero está vez decidí no agregarlos, difumine todos los colores para pasar a la sección de detallado del dibujo.

At this stage, I started to detail the work even more, I began to draw the facial features, as well as adding volume to the hair and drawing the clothes. For the face I added some big red eyes, varying a little their tonalities to make them look more vibrant, I was adding shadows and shines to the skin to give it more volume, the hair design was a little complicated, first when applying the base color I proceeded to shade them by sections, then with a soft bristle brush I drew small wavy strands of a lighter tone so they would be more noticeable, besides that I added light effects using the add blend method, this way I gave illuminocity to the hair, to finish I added glitter to the eyes, mouth and nose, small touches of light that bring life to the work.
En esta etapa, empecé a detallar aún más la obra, empiezo a dibujar las facciones del rostro, además de agregar volumen al cabello y a dibujar la ropa. Para el rostro agregué unos grandes ojos rojos, variando un poco sus tonalidades para que se vieran más vibrantes, fui agregandos sombras y brillos a la piel para darle más volumen, el diseño del cabello fue un poco complicado, primero al aplicar el color base procedí a sombrearlos por secciones, luego con un pincel de cerdas suaves fui dibujando pequeños mechones ondulados de un tono más claro para que se notarán más, ademdeás eso agregué efectos de luces usando el método de mezcla añadir, así le di iluminocidad al cabello, para finalizar agregué brillos a los ojos, boca y nariz, pequeños toques de luz que aportan vida a la obra.
