Splintertools: What if, simulate the outcome of a Splinterlands battle with different cards.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Kanntet ihr Splintertools bereits? Nutzt ihr es gelegentlich?
Splintertools
Splintertools is free to use but there is also a paid browser extension that you can use in-game to analyze your win chance during the game. But this only works if the opponent is playing the same or a very similar set of cards as before.
English
Splintertools is a very handy tool that lets you reanalyze your lost battles and test whether you might have won with a different card constellation.
Sometimes it is enough to swap or move a card and voilà, you would have won the battle. Especially in close battles, this is annoying.
On the other hand, it's always easier to find a better set afterwards if you already know what cards your opponent played.
Splinterlands also has a big random component, not all attacks hit, you don't know which Summoner your opponent is using, whether Melee, Ranged or Magic is being played, etc.
The tool is very intuitive to use and you see the result immediately displayed on the left as a percentage, without having to click on Battle. Clicking on Battle starts a new calculation. There are no Battle animations.
17% means that out of 100 simulated battles with the same cards, 17 battles would end in your favor, this is due to the miss rate, random attacks and the attack order in the game.
What do you think? Did you already know Splintertools? Do you use it occasionally?

Yes I use it, yesterday for example I had multiple matches with a 90% win rate. I lost. I've found it a nice tool but completely unreliable, especially against bots.
Yes, he knew Splintertools. It is a good tool and very useful especially for learning to play.

I gave it up, didn't work too well for me
Wie langweilig Splinterlands doch ohne jegliche RNG wäre. 😂
I didn't know about it before but I will try it the way you suggest and see how beneficial it is for me.
I think Splintertools is very good for Splinterlands. Since it can help you to reanalyze your battles, it will be a good one.
I haven't used it but I'll bookmark it so I can test it over the weekend.
