WOO Land Utility Expanded: Training Centers, Passive Packs, and WOO Burns
WOO Land Utility Update: Training Centers, Star Ratings, Passive Packs, and WOO Burns

WOO Land just became a much bigger part of the Wrestling Organization Online ecosystem.
With the launch of passive WOOJOBBERS pack rewards, land is no longer just something players own. Land is becoming a productive part of the game economy.
But there is more to this system than simply owning land and collecting packs.
Your land’s star ratings now matter more than ever.
Population matters.
Wealth matters.
Fans matter.
Training Centers matter.
And every WOO spent upgrading Training Centers now helps support the long-term future of the game.
Let’s break it all down.
Land Rewards Are Now Live

As announced in our recent land rewards update, land owners with staked land and Training Centers can now earn passive WOOJOBBERS pack rewards.
You can read the original announcement here:
https://peakd.com/hive-191258/@wrestorgonline/major-woo-update-increased-land-utility-has-arrived
Each week, the game checks your eligible staked land, looks at your Training Center level, applies your land multiplier, and calculates your WOOJOBBERS pack rewards.
Rewards are based on:
- Your Training Center level
- Your land’s star multiplier
- Your land being active/staked
- Weekly RNG pack rolls
- Saved progress toward future packs
This means land ownership now connects directly to roster building, gameplay progression, and long-term WOO utility.
Every Land Has 3 Core Stats

Every WOO Land NFT has 3 core stat categories:
- Population
- Wealth
- Fans
Each stat can have a rating from 1★ to 3★.
Together, these stats create your land’s total star rating, ranging from 3★ to 9★.
A land with:
- 1★ Population
- 1★ Wealth
- 1★ Fans
would be a 3★ land.
A land with:
- 3★ Population
- 3★ Wealth
- 3★ Fans
would be a 9★ land.
The higher your total stars, the stronger your land multiplier.
Land Star Multipliers

Your total land stars determine your multiplier for passive WOOJOBBERS pack rewards.
| Total Stars | Tier | Multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 3★ | Common | 1.00x |
| 4★ | Uncommon | 1.10x |
| 5★ | Rare | 1.30x |
| 6★ | Elite | 1.60x |
| 7★ | Epic | 2.00x |
| 8★ | Legendary | 2.75x |
| 9★ | Mythic | 4.00x |
This means high-star land has a major advantage.
A 3★ land uses a 1.00x multiplier.
A 9★ Mythic land uses a 4.00x multiplier.
So when the same Training Center roll happens on stronger land, that land can generate significantly more progress toward WOOJOBBERS packs.
Population: More People, Bigger Shows

Population determines how many people can attend shows in that city.
The higher your Population stat, the more potential attendance your city can support.
This matters because larger shows can create larger earnings.
Population is one of the major reasons high-quality cities are valuable. A city with stronger Population has more room to grow as players run matches and events in that location.
In simple terms:
More Population means more people can show up.
And in WOO, more people in the building can mean better earning potential for matches ran in that city.

Wealth: Infrastructure and Match Earnings

Wealth is one of the most important land stats in WOO.
Wealth impacts match earnings for matches ran in that city, but it also does something extremely important for land building:
Wealth determines how many Infrastructure buildings your land can support.
The current Infrastructure limits are:
| Wealth Rating | Infrastructure Limit |
|---|---|
| 1★ Wealth | 1 total Infrastructure building |
| 2★ Wealth | 3 total Infrastructure buildings |
| 3★ Wealth | All 5 Infrastructure buildings |
This is massive.
A low-Wealth land has to make hard choices. If it can only support 1 Infrastructure building, the owner has to decide which building matters most.
A higher-Wealth land has much more flexibility and can support a stronger city setup.
This is also important because Training Centers are Infrastructure buildings.
That means Training Centers count toward your Infrastructure limit.
So if your land has limited Wealth, you need to think carefully about whether you want to use your Infrastructure capacity on a Training Center or another building.
Fans: The New Training Center Power Stat

Fans now have a major role in land utility.
The more Fans a city has, the more likely people in that city are to want to train to become wrestlers.
That means your Fans stat determines how far your Training Center can be upgraded.
| Fans Rating | Training Center Cap |
|---|---|
| 1★ Fans | Max Level 1 Training Center |
| 2★ Fans | Max Level 3 Training Center |
| 3★ Fans | Max Level 5 Training Center |
This gives Fans a huge new purpose.
Before, Fans were already part of your land’s overall star rating and multiplier. Now, Fans also directly control your Training Center potential.
A city with low Fans may be able to build a basic Training Center, but it cannot become a top-tier wrestling development hub.
A city with high Fans can support higher-level Training Centers, better pack ranges, and stronger long-term passive rewards.
In WOO terms:
A city full of wrestling fans is a city where people want to train, compete, and become part of the business.
That is exactly what Training Centers represent.
Training Centers Stay as Infrastructure Buildings
Training Centers are staying as Infrastructure buildings.
This is important for balance.
Because Level 1 Training Centers can still produce WOOJOBBERS pack rewards, we do not want every single low-Wealth land to automatically become a cheap passive pack farm with no tradeoff.
By keeping Training Centers as Infrastructure, land owners have to make meaningful decisions.
If your land has 1★ Wealth, you only have 1 Infrastructure slot.
If you use that slot on a Training Center, that is your Infrastructure choice for that land.
This keeps low-Wealth land useful, but it also prevents weak land from becoming too efficient compared to stronger land.
High-Wealth land becomes more valuable because it can support more Infrastructure and more complete city development.
Training Center Levels and Pack Ranges

Training Centers determine the base weekly WOOJOBBERS pack range before your land multiplier is applied.
| Level | Training Center Name | Weekly Base Pack Range |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Boiler Room | 0–1 packs |
| Level 2 | Iron Works | 1–2 packs |
| Level 3 | The Forge | 1–3 packs |
| Level 4 | Apex Dojo | 2–4 packs |
| Level 5 | Pinnacle Institute | 3–6 packs |
Level 1 is the basic entry point.
Level 5 is the elite Training Center and creates the strongest possible base range.
Important note: Level 1 is heavily weighted toward producing 0 packs. It can produce a pack, but the 1-pack result is intended to be rare. Higher-level Training Centers are where serious passive pack production begins.
How Weekly Pack Rewards Work
Each week, the game rolls within your Training Center’s base pack range.
Then your land star multiplier is applied.
The basic idea is:
Training Center roll × Land Star Multiplier = Weekly pack progress
Completed packs become claimable.
Any fractional progress carries forward toward future packs.
For example, if your land generates 3.4 packs worth of progress, you would receive 3 claimable packs, and the remaining 0.4 progress would stay saved toward your next pack.
Nothing is wasted.
Every fraction matters.
Training Center Upgrade Costs

Training Centers are designed to be the most expensive building path in WOO Land.
This is because they create passive WOOJOBBERS pack rewards.
The upgrade costs are:
| Level | Training Center Name | Upgrade Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Boiler Room | 8,000 WOO |
| Level 2 | Iron Works | 100,000 WOO |
| Level 3 | The Forge | 200,000 WOO |
| Level 4 | Apex Dojo | 300,000 WOO |
| Level 5 | Pinnacle Institute | 400,000 WOO |
Fully upgrading a Training Center from Level 1 through Level 5 costs:
1,008,000 WOO
This is a serious WOO sink.
But that is the point.
Training Centers create passive value. They help land owners generate WOOJOBBERS packs over time. Because of that, the upgrade path needs to be meaningful.
This is not meant to be a cheap instant farm.
This is long-term land infrastructure.
Training Center Build Times
Training Center upgrades also take time.
Level 1 is instant, but higher levels require build time before the new level becomes active.
| Level | Training Center Name | Build Time |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Boiler Room | Instant |
| Level 2 | Iron Works | 4 hours |
| Level 3 | The Forge | 8 hours |
| Level 4 | Apex Dojo | 16 hours |
| Level 5 | Pinnacle Institute | 24 hours |
Going from Level 1 to Level 5 takes a total of 52 hours of build time.
While an upgrade is under construction, the land continues earning at its currently completed Training Center level. The new level only applies after the upgrade finishes.
This gives upgrades weight without making players wait an unreasonable amount of time after making a major WOO investment.

1% of Training Center Upgrade WOO Will Be Burned

Training Centers are also adding a new WOO burn mechanic.
Going forward:
1% of all WOO spent on Training Center upgrades will be burned.
The remaining 99% will go into the WOO Reward Reserve.
This means Training Center upgrades do two important things at the same time:
- Permanently remove a small amount of WOO from circulation.
- Refill the reward reserve that helps support play-to-earn gameplay.
We do not want to burn too much WOO, because WOO is also needed to fund the game economy and future rewards.
That is why the burn is set at 1%.
It is meaningful, but not destructive.
The Full Burn Potential
There are 10,000 WOO Land NFTs.
If every single land was fully upgraded to a Level 5 Training Center, the total WOO spent would be:
10,000 lands × 1,008,000 WOO = 10,080,000,000 WOO
At a 1% burn rate, the maximum theoretical WOO burn from fully upgraded Training Centers would be:
100,800,000 WOO burned
That is over 100 million WOO permanently removed from circulation over time.
The remaining 99% would go back into the WOO Reward Reserve.
That means the maximum theoretical reserve funding from fully upgraded Training Centers would be:
9,979,200,000 WOO sent to the WOO Reward Reserve
Of course, this does not happen all at once.
This is a long-term circular system.
Players earn WOO.
Players upgrade land.
A small amount is burned.
The rest goes into the reward reserve.
The reserve helps support future play-to-earn rewards.
Players continue competing, earning, and building.
That is the loop we want.
Why 99% Goes Back Into Rewards
WOO spent on Training Centers is not simply disappearing.
Only 1% is burned.
The other 99% goes into the WOO Reward Reserve, where it can help support future gameplay rewards such as:
- Ranked rewards
- Weekly event rewards
- Battle Pass rewards
- Special prize pools
- Long-term play-to-earn reward support
This is important because WOO is not just a token to spend.
WOO is the fuel of the game economy.
Training Centers are designed to create a major WOO sink, but they are also designed to help refill the systems that reward active players.
That makes this more than a burn.
It is a sustainability loop.
Why This Matters for Land Owners

This update makes every land stat more important.
Population matters because it affects show attendance and earning potential.
Wealth matters because it affects Infrastructure limits and match earnings.
Fans matter because they now determine Training Center level caps.
Total stars matter because they determine your land multiplier.
Training Centers matter because they create passive WOOJOBBERS pack rewards.
This means land owners now have more strategy than ever before.
A high-star land with strong stats is not just prettier on paper.
It has real gameplay impact.
A city with strong Population, Wealth, and Fans can become a serious part of your WOO organization.
Choose Your Land Strategy Carefully
Not every land will be used the same way.
Some land may be better for show earnings.
Some land may be better for Infrastructure.
Some land may be better for Training Centers.
Some land may be strong all-around.
Because Training Centers count as Infrastructure and are capped by the Fans stat, land owners need to think carefully about which cities they upgrade and how far they want to take them.
This creates real strategy.
Do you upgrade a lower-end land to Level 1 and hope for rare pack hits?
Do you focus on high-Fans land that can reach Level 5?
Do you prioritize Wealth so your city can support more Infrastructure?
Do you chase high total stars for the biggest multiplier?
Those decisions are now part of WOO Land.
WOO Land Is Becoming More Important
This update is another major step forward for Wrestling Organization Online.
The Battle Pass brought more reasons to play daily.
Land Rewards brought more utility to land owners.
Training Centers now connect land directly to passive WOOJOBBERS pack generation.
And the new burn/reserve system gives WOO spent on upgrades a larger economic purpose.
This is how WOO keeps building.
More utility.
More strategy.
More reasons to play.
More reasons to own land.
More ways to reward active players.
WOO Land is no longer just a collectible.
It is becoming part of the engine that drives the game economy.
If you own land, check your stats.
Look at your Population.
Look at your Wealth.
Look at your Fans.
Look at your total stars.
Look at your Training Center path.
The future of WOO Land is here.
And this is only the beginning.
WOO!
