Furious Chicken - Splinterlands Art Contest 278

Espero se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy quiero mostrarles mi entrada al la ronda 278 del concurso de Arte de Splinterlands, el día de hoy elegí un personaje que desde siempre ha llamado mi atención, pero admito que fue hasta esta entrega que leí el Lore de su personaje, se trata de Furious Chicken siempre me preguntaba porque estaba furiosa, pero lo cierto es que al convivir con gallinas se que tienen personalidades y algunas solo te miran feo desde la distancia y en una ocasión una de ellas arrebató la comida de mis aun muy jóvenes manos.

I hope you are feeling well, today I want to show you my entry to the round 278 of the Splinterlands Art contest, today I chose a character that has always called my attention, but I admit that it was until this installment that I read the Lore of his character, it is [Furious Chicken](https://next. splinterlands.com/card-detail/131/regular/3/?tab=lore) I always wondered why she was furious, but the truth is that living with chickens I know that they have personalities and some of them just look at you ugly from a distance and once one of them snatched the food from my still very young hands.

Les explicaré el motivo de la furia de estos pollos, resulta que en Splinterlands las gallinas suelen vivir en jaulas y son usadas excluirá alimentarse de ellas y usar sus plumaje como elemento decorativo, en vista de esta precaria vida que estaban viviendo, una de ellas decidió formar una rebelión la cual llamó de Cluckening, y así liberar a todas sus hermanas de la esclavitud. Admito que me pareció muy divertida la historia, me recordó mucho a Chicken run, es por eso que elegí esta carta, además que adoro a las gallinas.

Lo primero fue la realización del dibujo, quería una gallinas retadora y enojada, así que dibuje una en un primer plano, y un gallo de respaldo a sus espaldas.

I will explain the reason for the fury of these chickens, it turns out that in Splinterlands the hens usually live in cages and are used exclude feed them and use their plumage as a decorative element, in view of this precarious life they were living, one of them decided to form a rebellion which called Cluckening, and thus free all her sisters from slavery.I admit that I found the story very funny, it reminded me a lot of Chicken run, that's why I chose this card, besides I love chickens.

The first thing was the realization of the drawing, I wanted a challenging and angry hens, so I drew one in the foreground, and a backup rooster behind her back.

A continuación continué con el coloreado, en este dibujo quise probar un estilo diferente al que normalmente uso en este concurso en primer lugar decidí conservar las líneas del dibujo y use un pincel de trazo plano con el cual fui detallando las plumas de la pechuga de la gallina, también hice mucho énfasis para destacar la mirada penetrante de esta aguerrida dama.

Next I continued with the coloring, in this drawing I wanted to try a different style than I normally use in this contest, first I decided to keep the lines of the drawing and used a flat brush with which I was detailing the feathers of the hen's breast, I also made a lot of emphasis to highlight the penetrating gaze of this feisty lady.

Y ustedes se preguntaran, pero que fue del gallo del primer dibujo, pues termino no siendo un gran apoyo para la gallina y termine retirándolo del cuadro, el gallo "quedo como palo de gallinero" me comentaron, no es una lucha sencilla la que tiene esta gallina en adelante y necesita del apoyo de su gremio para llevar a cabo exitosamente su rebelión.

And you may wonder, but what happened to the rooster in the first drawing, it ended up not being a great support for the hen and I ended up removing it from the picture, the rooster "remained as a henhouse stick" I was told, it is not an easy fight that this hen has ahead and she needs the support of her guild to successfully carry out her rebellion.

La verdad no estaba segura que fondo usaría para este dibujo y pensé en par de opciones, pero no contribuían a exaltar la furia de la gallina, así que mi última opción y por la que me decidí fue una columna de fuego a su espalda y la verdad me encantó!
Disfrute mucho dibujando y coloreando esta gallina, me parece de lo mas gracioso que he dibujado y eso me encanta, espero que esta versión de furious chicken sea también del agrado de todos!

The truth is I wasn't sure what background I would use for this drawing and I thought of a couple of options, but they didn't contribute to exalt the fury of the chicken, so my last option and the one I decided on was a column of fire on its back and I really loved it!
I really enjoyed drawing and coloring this chicken, I think it's the funniest thing I've ever drawn and I love that, I hope this version of furious chicken is also to everyone's liking!
