Guten Abend liebe Leute,

Einmal mehr hat mein Smartphone nur wenige Schritte gezählt. Aber das hat es auch zu recht gemacht.

Den Tag über war ich nicht sehr aktiv. Aber nach Feierabend habe ich ein Crossfit-Workout gemacht.

Das heutige Workout hatte es mal wieder richtig in sich.

3 Runden auf Zeit (Timecap 15 Minuten)

• 20 Burpees over box
• 500 m Rudern

Ich habe das Workout in 14:04 Minuten geschafft. Yeah! 😀 Nach dem Workout gab es noch ein Tabata mit Double-Unders. In einem Tabata wird immer 20 Sekunden gearbeitet und dann gibt es 10 Sekunden Pause. Das ganze besteht aus 8 Runden.

Splinterlands

Da das Leben nicht nur aus Sport besteht, habe ich heute meine Merrits aus dem letzten Brawl ausgegeben und mir 4 Gladi-Packs geholt:

Leider keine goldene Karte, dafür noch eine weitere Quora und eine weitere Flagulon Reine. Das ist schon merkwürdig. Ich habe die Flagulon jetzt das dritte Mal bekommen und dazu noch eine in Gold. Jede andere Legendary (Gladius) habe ich bislang höchstens einmal.

Danach habe ich noch ein paar chaos-Packs geöffnet:

Die ersten 5 waren eine Enttäuschung.

Eigentlich ist da nur die Obsidian erwähnenswert.

Bei den zweiten 5 Packs war es da schon besser:

Ein Djinn Inferni als Goldkarte, zwei Summoner und ein Grandmaster Rathe.

After that I opened a few more chaos packs:

The first 5 were a disappointment.

Actually, only the Obsidian is worth mentioning.
