Splinterlands - Low hanging fruit report 09.04.2022
What is the Low Hanging Fruit?
Simply put, it is interesting to see what happens to card levels on a daily basis. Initially, @irisworld(I hope you don't mind me tagging you haha) and I discussed the possibility of certain card's values being in the future. But since the last post here I will now be recording and discussing the values of various cards.
Let's get stuck in!
Low Hanging Fruit - Card Values
Common Cards
The cheapest cards of the day at $0.02 across the board are the Pelacor Deceiver, Gargoya Lion, Venari Heatsmith, Pelacor Mercenary, Pelacor Conjurer and Pelacor Bandit.
Because it is all the way on the left of the list, I will buy the Pelacor Deceiver at an astounding 12.922 DEC!
That puts me on 72 BCX, I need another 328 cards to max this one.
Further analysis:
Because we tracked it last time:
Venari Heatsmith is: $0.021
Somehow Splinterlands says it costs:
So I bought one, putting me on 298 BCX, need another 102 to max a card!
Meanwhile, the cheapest cards in other sets are:
- The cheapest Untamed era Reward Card is the Harvester at $0.11.
- The cheapest Dice card is Marrow's Ghost at $0.23.
- The cheapest Untamed card right now is Biceratops at $0.23.
- The Cheapest Beta era reward card is the Baby Unicorn at $0.29.
- The Cheapest Beta card is a Silvershield Warrior at $0.45.
- The Cheapest Alpha card is a Silvershield Warrior at $2.85.
At the bottom of the list, the Chaos Legion Reward Cards are the cheapest but do not seem to be getting cheaper since yesterday.
Between Untamed Rewards, up till Beta rewards the cards got cheaper. The cheapest Beta Card got more expensive.
The cheapest Alpha Card remained the same.
Quest Rewards
Today I did not get much, a Gargoya Lion, some DEC and two potions. A Card is a Card!
SPS
Today, at the time of this writing SPS is at $0.106
Still gaining some SPS as I go along. Prices are low. No need to sell.
DEC Goals!
Since DEC means that I get more SPS, I am gathering up DEC. At least until I can buy something expensive. Or for emergencies!
From rentals, token sales and battles I am gathering as much of the stuff as I can get together. I am just not willing to sell SPS for it!

I like to read about your strategy. I implemented a similar one in past and maybe also shared with u on Discord. Currently, I am focusing on stats of cards. For example, I see data about which cards are used the most and give logical reasoning to my self about it's stats in battle and use case. This shows there demand and demand is too important for investors who are looking to make the max profit by renting and never selling. 5 years plan. Let's see how this one goes. High hopes on all plans because we will learn from each one either win or fail or apy diff but we will learn for sure. :)
Indeed! The stats are exciting to me now that I have begun tracking these things.
We will see in the future what the results will look like. Once I have enough data I can put them into a graph.
