MY HIVE JOURNEY

I joined Hive JULY 27th,2025, barely 4 months ago.My Hive journey started with sheer disappointment.I stumbled upon ecency through a Twitter advertisement(now X) for Hive Call Up Day,I registered as a frontend, but felt lost without onboarding, knowing absolutely nothing about the blockchain.

EARLY STRUGGLES:
As a total newbie, everything overwhelmed me: wallets, posting, upvotes, and HIVE and the TRIBAL tokens seemed like a foreign language.
No guidance, meant trial and error, I felt frustrated 🥴 nearly quitting after days of confusion.
There was a period i made a post and tagged a community(reflection) and they started giving me downvotes saying the content i posted is against their rules and guidelines,it was really frustrating.I had to apologize because it was not intentional.
Another instance was when i made a post about the albatross bird and used some photoshots that were not mine and hivewatchers called my attention to it stating i was involved in Photo Image/Plagiarism.
TURNING POINT:
Gradually, with persistence and patience(lots of patience) paid of,I picked up basics through tutorials and experimentation, coupled with my nature of been inquisitive and wanting to know and grow. Then, kind community members stepped in, sharing insights on curation trails, staking, and frontends, turning isolation into momentum.
COMMUNITY BOOST:
Meeting folks in Hive chats and groups like ecency(waves, moments, snaps)opened doors; they onboarded me informally, recommended tools like PeakD, and invited me to minigames.
Now, I'm hooked, posting daily and building connections.
I won't forget to mention the actifit community, their support towards my growth here on hive is so massive at times i felt emotional to the point of sharing tears,a big shout to the #actifit community.
Experience they say is the best teacher.
Not to bore you with details,#web3(HIVE BLOCKCHAIN DECENTRALIZED ECOSYSTEM) is one of the best thing that has happened to me this year.I am just imagining how things would look like when i clock ⏰ a year right here.

To end this,i want to give special shout out to these users/developers,they have been amazing

Wow oooo 😂, my brotherly, your mentioning me here is too exciting to me, Thank you so much.
One thing I admire so much here in Hive is that nobody hides what he or she knows, everybody is eager to share what they know to whoever that needs to know. We are a family.
Curiosity is a very long ladder that boosts anyone climbing up faster than supposed in life.
You are welcome 🤗😁!
I'm happy to be of help. Thanks for the mention. It's not easy to scale on Hive without having thorough understanding and mentorship. I'm happy for you. Giving up is just another stumbling block to success.
Keep growing, exploring, and asking questions.
Thank you 🙏 @kachy2022,I appreciate this.
