Hi everyone!

SOooooooooooooooooooooo excited to see the SplinterStats - Season Report Card is back up and working again. I would have been a bit of a mess if it was broken two seasons in a row.

Ah, I stuffed up my terrible plan. I was playing Modern format this season, totally not paying attention, and accidentally stumbled into Champs III... (it was an offseason for me so I wanted to stop playing before I hit Champs).

After I had realized what I had done, I thought maybe I could roll with it and try and get on the leaderboard for Champs... and I absolutely could not make that happen. It went terribly... so I kind of mucked up my plan for this round.

This means I'll have to definitely stop in Diamond in Modern next season, but I can try for the Diamond Leaderboard in Wild... so I'll see how that goes. Maybe it'll be fun to alternate the leagues to even out the Glint earnings a little.

One thing I didn't realize last season in my thoughts about the Dragon's Feast is that the odds of getting the Jackpot with the Ultimate Chests is way higher than it's ever been (I think):

8% is huge!

I've never won a jackpot, so I don't know what it looks like or how it works. I don't know if there would be a single card in the jackpot or a range of cards... but basically an 8% in getting the Jackpot and then whatever percentage to get enough of the cards you need to level them up... I think Glint might become a super scarce resource out of this.

As exciting as it is, I think I need to stay focused on getting and maxing out the Conclave Arcana Reward cards. Splinterlands has so much to offer that you really have to be super strategic in what you chase.

For me, it makes more sense to spend Glint on things I know I can definitely max out over things I'd need to be extremely lucky to come close to maxing out. Essentially if I can't get a maxed version of something it really doesn't have any use to me.

My reading is that the Jackpot cards will be available for 6 months, so maybe I can focus on those if I get the Reward cards maxed out before then.

They all look like pretty great cards, especially these two:

I'm always looking for some more Protect and Repair.

In other news... I think the preparation for Land cards is having an impact on all Land resource types (as it should, including Aura):

All of these are higher than the prices I screenshotted 4 days ago so that's great to see.

Alright, so I'm where I need to be in Wild for Season 84... but again, I stuffed up Modern, so I need to be way more careful.

The trick is that I can't ignore Modern completely, because then I'll need to start Season 85 too far back - I don't really want to spending time battling through the Gold leagues again. So I have to get close to Champs but not too close.

I have never before seen the same card roll up 4 times in a row! Especially on a card I didn't have yet... Super exciting!

I've got all the available Epic Reward cards, so it's progressing nicely.

Next is Batch 1 of 100 Rare Draws for 150,000 Glint (no potions):

This is my Rare collection so far... somehow I have all the cards and they're all exactly half way:

Next is Batch 1 of 400 Common Draws (300 each) for 120,000 Glint (no potions):

2 gold foil cards in that batch. Whooo!

A couple of gold foil cards in there which will most likely be burnt for more Glint.

I earned 169,514 and I spent 1,375,000 Glint this season - so clearly unsustainable, but this is exactly what I saved up for... to give myself a head start on the Reward cards.

I have a ton of cards that could be rented out... but it looks like the prices are 1 DEC for maxed out legendary cards, so I really hope people end up burning a ton of cards for Cinder for the Land Cards to create a bit more scarcity for the rental market. (I don't think I'll need Cinder myself anytime soon).

I used to always stake all the SPS I claimed over a season, but at the moment I'm leaving it liquid because I think there's a good chance I might need to exchange or burn it for DEC to buy the Conflict cards I don't get in order to have maxed Archons/Summoners.

I've got a big season ahead. I need to make the leaderboard in Wild, need to get close but not too close in Modern and the first Archon/Summoner Conflict (Loving the Moo) will be released this season which will undoubtably change up the meta again:
