Time Mages are members of the Order of the Silver Shield and close associates of the Wizards' Council. They are trusted to peer through the fabric of time and reality to foretell the future or manipulate the present by slowing the flow of time. They can also speed up the aging process of armor, causing it to rust prematurely.
However, with such power also comes great risk. The future is ever-changing, and the ripples of time can affect everyone. Time Mages must undergo strict training to ensure they don't abuse their power and use it only for the most dire of circumstances.

My Lineup's Explanation :
Rules :
+2 Armor : All monster got +2 armor, not an ideal rules for phyisical and range monster that have to hit armor before health.
Close Range : Range monster can attack from front position.
24 Mana Cap : Medium-low mana to use, need to pick monster carefully and not wasted a single mana on it. Ideal one for the time mage with just 4 mana usage
Splinter available : All splinters all available
Summoner
For this match, i use Quix the Devious as my Summoner. With -1 range attack and -1 speed, this summoner really fit the time mage to decrese enemies speed into -2 speed ! Slow them all !
Front Row
Legendary monster with 0 mana cost, sould fiend is my front row with a clear mission, waste some enemies attack ! With the help of quix and time mage, along with the supply runner buff, this monster could even land a damage to enemies before he got hit and rest in peace.
Second Monster
Void Dragon is my 2nd monster. With 9 health, 5 speed, flying, dodge, and phase ability, this void dragon expected to dodge every attack to him, both physical and even magic attack ! This monster really suit the time mage, because with the help of time mage's and quix slow debuff, together with supply runner speed buff, this monster should be untouchable !
Third Monster
I choose celestial harpy as my 3rd monster. With opportunity and true strike ability, this monster will never missed any chance to hit enemy's weaker monster. This monster also have a pretty good speed and have flying ability. With the help of time mage's and quix slow debuff and supply runner buff, this monster also have a strong survival ability from monster with physical attack.
Fourth Monster
Stich Leech is my 4th monster. With sneak and leech ability, this monster could try to assasinate enemies hitter and get steal some health from them. A very solid monster with just 3 mana usage, he have those amazing abilities, 3 health, and 3 damage ! I put him on 4th position to give some protection so he could land more damage and leech more health.
Fifth Monster
Here comes the monster of the week ! Time mage ! With just 4 mana usage, this monster had an amazing stats. She got 2 magic attack to hurt enemies, got 4 speed to avoid enemies attack and got first hit, and 3 health to survive. She also had slow debuff and rust abilities to slow enemies down and stripped their armor ! Very very ideal support monster ! I put her on 5th position because she got a pretty high speed to avoid enemies sneak attack and to give the buff as long as possible.
Sixth Monster
Supply Runner is my sixth monster ! This monster is a very important piece of my full speed strategy. With swiftness ability, she gave all her teammates +1 speed ! This mosnter itself also have a good speed, this is why i put her last, to avoid enemies sneak-er that already slowed down.
Does My Strategy is Worked ? :
Yes ! With amazing of Quix and Time Mage slow debuff and supply runner swiftness, enemies got all their monster with just 1 speed, so my teams could get full turn to attacking first before enemies could attack. An easy win, you could see how the battle goes from the gif below..
About Time Mage :
What i like about time mage
What i like about time mage is she only cost 4 mana. With just 4 mana, ,this monster have a very good stats and abilities. At first level, she already have a slow debuff. On lv 3, she have 2 magic attack, and by lv 5 she have a rust ability ! And on 8th level, her magic attack increased into 3 ! ;
What i don't like about time mage :
There is nothing i don't like about this monster. But because having slow debuff and high speed, this monster just almost useless on reverse speed ruleset
When to Use time mage :
I suggest you to use this monster for this situation:
1. When you got ruleset with tight mana cap or little mana monster or common and rare monster allowed. Because she only cost 4 mana and rare rarity, she is very flexible to be used
2. When you need speed very much. Against blast ability from yodin zaku or blast ruleset, the speed could help us to dodge those blast attack!
3. On +2 armor ruleset. With his magic kind of attack, he could hit enemies without hitting the shield.
When to Avoid using time mage :
I don't recommend you to use this monster for situation:
1. On reverse speed ruleset. Just like i've mentioned before, this monster have slow debuff and high speed, this will be a backfire on reverse ruleset!
Conclussion
Time mage is a very very good monster. With just 4 mana usage, she have a pretty good magic attack, high speed, and slow debuff. She also very suitable for almost all ruleset because only got rare rarity and 4 mana cost. The only rules you have to watch out is the reverse speed ruleset. She will debuff her own team !
