SPS To Replace Collection Power?!
- I saw this floating around, and this is very concerning
- I typically finish around Champion III, do I want to invest in a total of 241k worth of SPS? I think not
- That's almost over $5500 of SPS that I have to worry about, I can afford, but at this point it doesn't feel good
- I don't even have enough SPS for Gold I
- Feels like a money pit and a bit of coercion (so glad I didn't participate in Land - Land is another crazy money pit unless you were here since the early days when everything was cheap)
Does this apply to SPS chests only? Or cards chests as well?
- My instinct wants me to... get off this train hmm 😕
I got a lot to consider... Honestly I would rather stack sats and HIVE and not have to worry about tokens
Splinterlands MUST attract new players, this move is the opposite of getting new players, not looking good (or am I wrong?)

- Recovered since, still off by about $500 from yesterday, now sitting at $26.8k
- HIVE is down slightly by fraction of a penny, 36.5 cents

Yeah, I have the same concern about the SPS staking. No way I'm staking 11.2K SPS for silver chests. It'll take ages to break even this investment with SB cards and a chunk of potions in each chest.
And about attracting new players, forget it. This move will ruin the normal flow of the entire Splinterlands ecosystem.

yeah 100% rewards is hard to achieve, but with less investment you can play with like 60-70% current rewards in champion league, it's not hard point, which is needed to even play it reduces proportionaly, if you not have enough sps

Having this much amount of SPS is not easy for everyone, and Splinterlands needs to rethink this change. Yes, no doubt Hive and HBD are the best to stake your money into.
