Splinterlands Fan Art | Akane 🐲

Very good day my beautiful people from the #Hive community, happy Wednesday and happy midweek to everyone, I hope you are all feeling very well and that of course you are having a wonderful and productive week, here your friend Manuel greets you once again, super happy to be able to share a new artistic post for my blog. On this occasion I bring you a representation or fan art rather, inspired by the game of my dear friends from the #Splinterlands community, which as many of you will know is a battle card game, which has a wide variety of mystical, hybrid characters and creatures of all kinds that may exist; On this occasion I wanted to go towards hybrid type characters, that is why I chose the character card of (Akane), who is the granddaughter of the emperor (Suam), and belongs to a lineage of magicians belonging to the Gloridax Empire, (Akane) stands out for her great intelligence, ambition and of course, for her formidable mastery of the elemental magic of dragons:

Muy buen día mi gente linda de la comunidad de #Hive, feliz miércoles y feliz mitad de semana para todos, espero que se encuentren todos super bien y que por supuesto este teniendo una maravillosa y productiva semana, por aquí los saluda una vez mas su amigo Manuel super feliz de poder compartirles un nuevo post artístico para mi blog. En esta ocasión les traigo una representación o fan art mejor dicho, inspirado en el juego de mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de #Splinterlands, el cual como muchas sabrán se trata de un juego de cartas de batalla, el cual cuenta con una gran variedad de personajes y criaturas místicas, hibridas y de todo tipo que puedan existir; en esta ocasión quise irme hacia los personajes de tipo hibrido, es por ello que elegí la carta del personaje de (Akane), la cual es nieta del emperador (Suam), y pertenece a un linaje de magos pertenecientes al Imperio Gloridax, (Akane) destaca por su gran inteligencia, ambición y por supuesto, por su formidable dominio de la magia elemental de los dragones:

PROCESS / PROCESO

I started with the process of my work by making the structural sketch which would serve as a basis and guide throughout the process of creating this drawing. In this case I tried to represent the character of (Akane) adapting her a little to my semi-realistic style. I drew her in a kind of structure where the upper half of her body can be seen. I tried of course to maintain the hybrid details such as her dragon/humanoid appearance, so that it would be very easy to recognize her. Once I had finished with the sketch I continued with the coloring process, in this case I started with a base of orange tones from the intermediate to the slightly more saturated oranges, working on what would be the process of the skin texture, as well as the shadows and lights so that the character became more realistic.

Empecé con el proceso de mi obra realizando el boceto estructural el cual me serviría de base y guía durante todo el proceso de creación de este dibujo, en este caso trate de representar al personaje de (Akane) adaptándola un poco a mi estilo semi realista, la dibuje en una especie de estructura donde se aprecie la mitad superior de su cuerpo, trate de mantener por supuesto los detalles híbridos como lo es su apariencia de dragón/humanoide, de modo que fuese muy fácil reconocerla. Una vez había terminado con el boceto proseguí con el proceso de coloreado, en este caso empecé con una base de tonos naranjas desde el intermedio a los naranjas un poco mas saturados trabajando lo que sería el proceso de la textura de la piel, así como las sombras y luces de modo que el personaje cobrara mejor realismo.

For the 2nd part I focused on the construction of the eyes, for them, for example, I used a base of yellow and orange tones to create the iris and pupils, which in this case would be slightly more elongated to represent reptile-like eyes. When I finished with the eyes I moved on to the section of painting the clothes, in this case I started by creating a kind of loose shirt or nightgown made of slightly thick fabric with the help of the brown colors that I had on my palette; Then on this fabric I used yellow tones to create a kind of suit that was a little more elegant and long without sleeves, also with thick fabric, but with gold details that would give more elegance to the character.

Para la 2da parte me centre en la construcción de los ojos, para ellos por ejemplo use una base de tonos amarillos y naranjas para la creación del iris y las pupilas, las cuales en este caso estarían ligeramente mas alargadas para representar unos ojos como de reptil. Al culminar con los ojos me pase al apartado del pintado de la ropa, en este caso empecé creando una especie de camisa o camisón holgado de tela un poco gruesa con ayuda de los colores marrones que tenia en mi paleta; luego sobre esta tela use tonos amarillos para crear una especie de traje un poco mas elegante y largo sin mangas, igualmente con tela gruesa, pero con detalles en dorado que le dieran más elegancia al personaje.

For the 3rd part I took care of creating the hair, for this I used brown tones slightly different from those of the suit so that the tones could be differentiated a little, as well as using slightly more orange tones to achieve shine in the hair that would give it a little more cool touch. In the area around the hair and forehead, use bright yellow and orange tones to create the kind of elegant crown or tiara that Akane (Akane) wears on her forehead, and which, like her suit, gives her a completely elegant and imposing touch. For the final part I used a range of blue tones to create what would be a kind of elemental magical energy floating around (Akane), for this I first made random brush strokes, and then with my airbrush brush I was in charge of illuminating the contours a little to give that magical effect that I wanted.

Para la 3ra parte me ocupe de la creación del cabello, para esto use tonos marrones ligeramente diferentes a los del traje para que se diferenciara un poco los tonos, así como también use tonos un poco mas naranjas para lograr brillos en el cabello que le dieran un toque un poco mas genial. En la zona alrededor del cabello y la frente use tonos amarillos y naranjas brillantes para crear la especie de corona o tiara elegante que lleva (Akane) en su frente, y que al igual que su traje le da un toque full elegante e imponente. Ya para la parte final use una gama de tonos azules para crear lo que seria una especie de energía mágica elementar flotando alrededor de (Akane), para ello primero di pinceladas aleatorias, y luego con mi pincel de aerógrafo me encargue de iluminar un poco los contornos para dar ese efecto mágico que yo quería.
