Can Tuchel Lead Chelsea To Win Silverware This Season?

Tuchel managed PSG for some years and won Silverware for them, he led PSG to champions league final 2019/2020 but couldn't lift the trophy up as bayern munich beat them.
There are big difference between PSG and chelsea. PSG is the club dominating French league for some years now why premier league is not one man dominant. Infact, it is very difficult now for one club to dominate premier league for long time. The arrival of Tuchel is not going to change anything in premier league but chelsea football club.
Though, Tuchel is a great manager with experiences but premier league is tougher. It is a league that nothing is impossible- a small club can defeat big club, a small club can win the league just like Leicester City some years ago. The league is a six horse race. It doesn't have respect for the big clubs neither small clubs.
During previous post, I talked about former chelsea coach, Frank Lampard has been the major problem while chelsea was losing matches. You said you need players, players were signed for you and he was incapable of bringing their best out. He was confused of the position to use Harvard and Werner. He was so biased to the extent of using England players and forgetting others which put his work at risk. I knew lampard can not complete this season the way he was managing the team.
But the main Question is' "CAN TUCHEL LEAD CHELSEA TO WIN SILVERWARE THIS SEASON?" I will say capital 'no'. Chelsea players have not understand themselves, and some of the players lost confidence. This is the first assignment for Tuchel in premier league, I think he needs someone who understands English league to be his assistant. No french club that has the kind of quality players and also spend like PSG. But in premier league, there are many clubs that can spend more than chelsea.
In French, they only have one big club but in premier league, they have more than 4. If Tuchel want to save his job in Chelsea, he has to win trophy; if he want to win trophy, he has to work hard.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR CHELSEA TO LEAVE TUCHEL FOR THREE YEARS? I have been following Chelsea for years now. Even the manager that won champions league for them were not given time. Therefore, if Tuchel did not win anything for two seasons, he will be sacked just like others; even the legend was sacked.
IS TUCHEL THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR CHELSEA JOB: I would preferred pochettino than him because he understood premier league game. It will be a difficult tax for Tuchel.
