Aranduriel Decorative Figure Quilling Technique [Eng-Esp]

Today I am with you again to show you my art, I love every week to go through this wonderful world of magic, color, and lots of Splinterlands characters to look for new elements or characters to build different crafts such as jewelry, accessories, 3D figures and other things that motivate me, inspire me and activate my creativity and thus be able to create for you.

Today I’m sharing a new piece of art with you. I decided to create a decorative figure inspired by elements of the character “Aranduriel”—specifically the flower and other details from the card—as a 2D decorative figure using the quilling technique.

Hola a toda mi gente de Hive... 🐱

Hoy estoy con ustedes nuevamente para mostrarles mi arte, me encanta semana a semana pasar por ese maravilloso mundo de magia, color, y muchísimos personajes de Splinterlands para buscar nuevos elementos o personajes para construir diversas manualidades bien sean bisutería, accesorios, figuras en 3D entre otras cosas que me motiven, inspiren y activen mi creatividad y de esa manera poder crear para ustedes.

Para hoy les traigo un nuevo trabajo de arte, para hoy decidí realizar una figura decorativa inspirada en elementos del personaje "Aranduriel" en este caso la flor y otros detalles de la carta como una figura decorativa en 2D en la técnica de quilling.

Esperando les guste mi trabajo, sin más preámbulos, les dejo mi proceso creativo.

Comencemos:😃

• Take 5mm-wide quilling strips in yellow, orange, and brown. Join several strips together, starting with yellow, then orange, and finally brown, to form a single strip.

• Roll the strip with the quilling needle, starting with the yellow and continuing until you’ve used the entire strip. Remove it from the needle, loosen it slightly, and secure it with extra-strong white glue to form an open circle. You’ll need 6 identical circles.

• Shape the circles into leaves, curving the tips slightly.

• Glue them together in groups of 3, then join both groups to form the first part of the flower.

• Vamos a tomar cintas para quilling de 5mm de ancho de color amarillo, naranja y marrón, Uniremos varias cintas comenzando con el color amarillo luego el naranja y por último el marrón para formar una sola tira.

• Enrollamos con la aguja para quilling comenzando con el color amarillo hasta finalizar con toda la tira, sacamos de la aguja, soltamos un poco, sellamos con pega blanca extra fuerte, para obtener un círculo abierto. Necesitaremos 6 círculos iguales.

• Moldearemos los círculos en forma de hoja, inclinaremos un poco en la punta.

• Pegaremos en grupos de 3 y luego uniremos ambos grupos para formar la primera parte de la flor.

• Next, take 5mm-wide yellow and brown ribbon. Glue the two ribbons together and start rolling them up, beginning with the yellow one. Remove it from the needle and loosen it slightly to form an open circle. Glue this circle to the center of the flower.

• At this point, take 5mm-wide brown and orange ribbon and join them together to form a single strip. Make folds and apply glue, starting with the orange and finishing with the brown, to create a thicker strip; in this case, it will serve as a sort of branch.

• Continuamos tomando cinta amarilla y marrón de 5mm de ancho, pegaremos ambas cintas y enrollar emos empezando por la amarilla, sacamos de la aguja, soltamos un poco para obtener un círculo abierto. Este lo pegamos en el centro de la flor.

• En este punto tomamos cinta marrón y naranja de 5mm de ancho unimos ambas para formar una sola cinta, haremos dobleces y aplicamos pega, comenzando por la naranja y terminando con la marrón, para hacer una cinta más gruesa, en este caso está será como un especie de rama.

• We’ll make two more leaves, one slightly larger than the other, using 5mm-wide yellow and brown ribbon. We’ll create three open circles with yellow centers and shape them into diamonds.

• Glue these leaves onto the stem I made earlier, and then glue the stem to the flower.

• And just like that, we have this decorative flower figure ready, inspired by elements of the character from the card “Aranduriel”.

• Realizaremos 2 hojas más, una un poco grande que la otra, esto lo haremos con cinta de color amarillo y marrón de 5mm de ancho. Haremos 3 círculos abiertos con el centro amarillo moldearemos en forma de diamante.

• Está hojas las pegue en la rama que hice con anterioridad, y luego la pegué de la flor.

• De esta manera tenemos lista esta figura decorativa de un flor, inspirada en elementos del personaje de la carta "Aranduriel".
