FreeTCGs *Active* Community Giveaways for Splinterlands & Magic: the Gathering (2/4/26)

Good afternoon Splinterfriends!

It's ya boy CaptainDingus aka @FreeTCGs and I'm back writing about another set of Active Community Giveaways!

Yes - I have a project where I am searching for Land Workers in Splinterlands... and GIVING AWAY the extra cards to help the community...

100% Free. No Catch. No hype. Just me, sharing cards with the community from around the world.

Why? Because I want to retrain my brain that sharing > accumulation. I forgot how to have "fun" just for "fun" sake.

Also because if you truly love something, you shouldn't hoard it to yourself - you should share it with the world 😊

So - if I am giving away stuff... you might be wondering... where is it and how can you enter?

That's easy - it's on my YouTube channel and you enter by subscribing to the channel and commenting on any active Video (weekly) or Short (daily-ish)

Sounds too easy right? Seems too good to be true... but it ain't!

Community Giveaway #1: 2 Foundations Packs (48h)

For the Foundation Packs, I open them searching for Legendary, GFE, GFL, or any GFA/BF/BFA... I sell those and buy MORE PACKS to continue my search and to help move the project forward!

Please note: This one will be drawn on Feb 6th at 5:30am EST! 1 lucky winner gets 10 Foundation Cards and I replaced the Legendary with an extra common - I'll be using the proceeds to buy 8 more Foundation Packs for the future!

Funny story - this was the first "Short" I tried to do from my Laptop... and I failed SPECTACULARLY... but I learned what I did wrong so I won't mess the next one up lol 😉

Community Giveaway #2: 10 Choas Legion Packs!! (7D)

We found some nice GF's, 2 Legendary cards and a couple Epics as well! I will split this up into a Maximum of TEN (10) Winners... we had 5 last week... 7 before that... so I hope with the possibility of getting a FREE Legendary Card to keep/sell/trade/burn/rent/work etc... we might get 10 or more!

Again - all you have to do to enter this is:

If you play or collect Magic: the Gathering, I have started collecting again. As I open packs and fill my binder, working to complete the set... instead of keeping the duplicates and stashing the Bulk...

I am giving them away as well 😄

Why? That's probably the easiest to answer. I miss haing a hobby. I miss doing things for fun... I also remember what it was like being young and not being able to afford a lot of "extras"...

So I thought about one of my favorite shows growing up: what would Mr Rogers do???

Surely, he'd share them with his Neighbors! Let's do that! So I am 😊
