Brief Lineup Explanation
Splinter | Mana Cost | Position | Reason |
---|---|---|---|
Brighton Bloom | 4 | Summoner | This is a great summoner for "Earthquake" Battles as the FLY ability gives all the friendly monsters the FLY ability which can remove the "Earthquake" damages inflict on friendly monster for every turn. |
Djinn Chwala | 8 | 1st | Equip with the "Thorn" ability makes it powerful as a defender and couple with its own attribute of attack and speed this monsters is stronger than it seems to be. |
Twilight Basilisk | 4 | 2nd | With the "Reach" ability makes it possible to attack even at the 2nd position and additionally with an armour provide the monster with stronger tanking ability as a 'substitute" tanker |
Demented Shark | 6 | 3rd | Equip with the "Inspiring" ability gives all the friendly monsters +1 melee attack and is a huge boost to the whole team. |
Deeplurker | 6 | 4th | A monster with "Opportunity" ability that can attack random monsters of the opponent team *note might be good against healer etc. |
Sand Worm | 9 | 5th | This monster does not have high speed but high attack which makes it good for monsters especially high Health heavy monsters as long as it is able to survive till its turn to attack with the "Sneak" ability |
Creeping Ooze | 1 | 6th | I chose this monster partly is because it only require 1 mana to summon which is what i am only left with after all the front lineup and it has the ability "Slow" not only the fact that it can act as the last tanker to prevent the opponent monsters from taking down my Sandworm and also slowing down opponent monsters as well. |
Total Mana: | 38 |

STRTEGY EXPLANATION
I chose this strategy firstly because it is mana intensive battle and due to the match limitation "FLY" so i chose the flying summoner to equip the whole team with flying ability. This not only give the friendly monsters the fly ability to shun away from "Earthquake" damage and fly ability increase the chances of missing opponent monsters inflicted damage. Which increases the odd of winning by a huge amount and lets assume opponent does not have the fly summoner, my summoner is having a big advantage over opponent. This strategy works well but what i think is that it can be improve further with other monsters lineup and this might require further experiment to see whether is it effective. Do throw in your comments to make this a more interesting battle
Liking for DRAGONS
Personally i am in the middle of liking and hating DRAGONS monsters, why is this so because most dragon monsters are quite expensive unless you have a huge budget to splurge on them. From what i know if you make a good lineup of Dragon monsters they can be very powerful. However i will still use Dragon decks here and there especially when there is battle limitations like "Earthquake" so as to increase the winning odds.
