Secret Formula For Free SPT & BATTLE TOKENS!

avatar

I'm sure most Monster Maniacs have made their way over to https://www.splintertalk.io but if you're still one of the few that haven't then there's no better time than the present to head on over.

Posting from the SPT site will not only allow you to earn STEEM but it will also allow you to earn SPT tokens, which is a crypto introduced to us from the minds of those behind the very fun and addictive game (Splinterlands).

Anything you post on the Splintertalk site will show on your regular Steem blog. The Splintertalk interface is meant to showcase your Splinterlands topics. Post anything none Splinterlands and you run the risk of being downvoting.

https://www.battlegames.io works in a similar fashion except you earn the token BATTLE along side all the regular rewards that posting on the STEEM blockchain gives (Steem/SP/SBD). The Battlegames.io interface/community is meant for all content gamer related so using BATTLE along side the SPT/Splinterland tags is a great way to earn some extra rewards. I know what you're thinking .... hurry up and get to the FREE SPT part. ....

Alright, here it is .... if you leave a comment below letting me know you're commenting from https://www.splintertalk.io or https://www.battlegames.io I will give you an upvote. Anyone who makes their very first comment from the Splintertalk (Or Battle) site in the below comment section will get a 100% upvote from me(you will have to tell me its your first comment from said site). Others will get random upvotes based on a secret formula.

Currently I have over 150,000 SPT staked and over 30,000 BATTLE staked (among other tokens like Neoxian/Steemleo/Palnet/Steemace ect.). These Tribe tokens can be purchased on the Steem-Engine exchange.

***Promotion ends at post payout or until my voting power needs to regenerate.

Thanks for reminding me to login at Battlegames. I upvoted you from that site. My vote is only worth 1 battle, but I suppose that's better than 0. :)

I appreciate all upvotes regardless of the token value they bring.

I'll happily add that 1 BATTLE to my collection :)

I get that it is a sales pitch to have people go to these interfaces but none of them that I know of give tokens based on where you post from. All seem to still be just basic tag bots. Meaning even though you posted this article from the SteemLeo interface you still acquired SPT from auto votes, which don't even use an interface. The only factor I see is tag usage no matter from which interface you post. The only app I can think of that cares that you used their interface is Actifit because of the associated info they add to the post. Sure you can fake that info I guess. Anyhow not to sound like I am making a big deal I just don't think it is necessary to have people think they need 20 different sites just to make a little or that they will miss tokens because of not using a specific interface.

The focus for these interfaces isn't so much you can get their token the focus should be that you get to see only the things you are interested in.

Correct one can also simply use the tags and earn the Tribes native token. I touched on that a little when I said the BATTLE tag is a good one to use along side the SPT tag but I suppose I could have expanded on the tag uses a little more in the main topic.

There's at least one interface that requires you to post from their specific site to earn their native token. I think its the #sct and #sct releated tags but I'm not 100% sure on that and there could be and likely are others.

The focus for these interfaces isn't so much you can get their token the focus should be that you get to see only the things you are interested in.

I don't 100% agree with that although it is a nice feature and is the focus of some of the interfaces but not all. Some other interfaces are simply different ways to access the Steem blockchain allowing users to post freely the same as Steemit does with the added bonus of earning an extra Token.

I think the tag approach is definitely the most accessible in regards to distribution, and sure tokens are a nice bonus maybe something happens maybe not but it costs the person nothing to just power it up and forgets about it.

I think that if it is an interface that by default the focus should be content. They are in their purest form just content filters on top of the chain and if that is the case then none of them has any value apart from users clamouring for the promise of some token. In that case, they may aswell only reward posts that came from their interface as proof of work if anything else.

All in all, I agree and maybe disagree on some specific or more so interpretations but as these sites grow and become their own thing I think there will be a bigger focus on having the content come from their interface, a bigger focus on getting content properly indexed by google like for example your post has canonical linking to Steemleo thus they might get ranked above steem if I get a result with this post.

The tokens buy the users and the value keeps them, but in the same line that creates a low effort community. I like what you said about the bonus especially now in the beginnings of things, not many look at these things as a mere bonus. I am just wary that if a person promotes them with a heavy focus on tokens that is a mentality that will need to be changed at a later stage when all of a sudden the focus is content.

Sorry if I typed a bit long and probably mainly just paraphrased you, So I will finish up and say that I think we do agree and will see what the future holds.

I believe we mostly agree as well. You're certainly 100% correct about getting indexed. We are seeing a small touch of that mindset currently with Tribe owners giving extra incentives to those posting from their Steem interfaces.

By design the Steem blockchain is token focused and is the main attraction to those using this blockchain as a social media platform. They come for the token(s) and the good ones stay for the community.

The main issue with trying to get people to be content focused over collecting crypto focused is that Steem(it) itself hasn't managed to figure out how to do that. So with the new interfaces/tribe sites mainly getting their user base from the ones already on the blockchain changing that mindset would be hard for them to do at current time.

Sorry if I typed a bit long

Not too long at all, I appreciate your well thought out response.

Well that explains how SPT showed up in my steem engine account. Anything published and/or commented on with the splinterlands, steemmonsters, or spt shows up on both steemit and splintertalk. I will also check out battlegames. Maybe I will find a game to play. Thanks to this post I now know what these sites are. So here's my first comment from splintertalk. :)

That's correct, if you get upvoted within a SPT or BATTLE tagged topic from someone who holds those tokens you will be rewarded with some.

100% upvote on the way!

Edit: For clarification only SPT tagged content or content created directly on the Splintertalk interface can earn SPT tokens.

Oh ok that make sense. If i'm being lazy ill just use the tag SPT. I guess I know what to do with the payout from your upvote. Time to stake some SPT, so I can upvote others. Thanks.

This is the first time I’ve posted directly from splintertalk, though I have used the spt & battle tags on SteemPeak in the past.

You don't have enough DERANGED to send any, you need at least 5 DERANGED in your Steem Engine wallet , view all your tokens at steem-engine.com

I was doing updates on my reward cards everyday and tagging SPT, but now I only create one SPT post a week on Saturdays. I made this comment from SplinterTalk but it's not my first one ever @rentmoney. 😁

Feel free to stop by my blog and spam me the link every Saturday so I can give you a nice SPT upvote.

May I ask why you went from daily posting to weekly? I assume it was due to lack of SPT upvotes? If so its hard to get upvotes on daily reward posts because everyone is doing them and they get skipped over allot by the whales of SPT.

I would recommend you checking out the @steemmonsters blog and looking into their new weekly curation challenge. They give users a theme that has something to do with Steemmonsters and if you create a post and follow the rules they outlined you will likely get a nice size upvote.
