You Can't Tame This Girl! I Gotta OPEN THIS PACK!
So, I've got this untamed pack, and honestly, I just can't hold it any longer. It's like a hot potato! I've just gotta DO something with this thing! I mean it's CALLING ME! Can't you see how mesmerizing that portal is for my pack? I'm just certain I heard a voice whispering "open me..."
I got this pack for winning the art challenge last week, and it's just been beckoning me to do something with it! I think it put a spell on me to be honest. It's like the Ring or something.... my precious is calling!!
I've never opened a pack of cards before in Splinterlands and I can officially say, I'm a fan! HAHA! It's quite appealing, isn't it? I mean you just never know what could be in that pack!
So, let's give it a whirl, right? I mean, what can it hurt? I didn't buy the pack, so it's a win either way, but if I sold it right now I'd get about 30 bucks. At the same time, I'm a new player so I can always use more cards..... so....it's as if someone took over my hand and slowly moved that mouse to drag that card into the portal and off we go.....
So here are my cards..... you tell me, was it worth it? And what do I do with these cards now? Keep them? Sell them? Or.. the BEST QUESTION... DO I GO BUY SOME MORE PACKS?!?!?! MUHAHAHA!

Ok right, a gold card worth $53. Ummm yeah totally worth it. Gotta love them potions :)
I'd suggest selling that gold card and buying another pack as you seem lucky :)

Yeah that's literally the only way to go about getting more packs w/o unnecessarily breaking the bank if that is your goal just to get packs - considering how damn expensive they are + factor in the amount of untamed cards that have already been 100% minted, it really doesn't give you a very realistic shot at getting too much variety from the packs in the first place...definitely lucked out big time by pulling that gold foil card, otherwise that overpriced pack would've basically just been a big ol' deficit that you theoretically could have sold for enough to buy a few legit cards (or 1 really good card...all about personal preference tho..🤷♂).
Packs right now are definitely just quite the gamble considering how expensive they've been - whereas trying your luck at finding some diamond-in-the-rough cards you could buy from monstermarket & getting a lil cash back while you're at it is prob gonna be more economical..again, unless you luck out w/ a gold foil pull like you did, but you're crazy lucky & I'm insanely jealous if you happened to get more gold foil cards from packs after this one lol.
