This challenge is for you!

Each week we'll have a new THEME for the challenge, but always required: BATTLES.

CHALLENGE RULES

THEME: HAUNTED SPIDER

Edition: ALPHA/BETA
Rarity: COMMON
Element: DEATH
ATTACK: RANGED
ABILITIES: Poison at level 4

Note from Carrie: Greetings, Battlers of the Splinterlands! It's time for some old school action! I remember when this little guy made his debut and when poison was introduced. It was so hardcore! Doing damage at the beginning of each round after being hit with it?! Vile. Of course, as more abilities come to the game old ones may be forgotten, but not poison. I love still seeing this on the battlefield! Do you own a Haunted Spider? When do you used it? Such a cheap mana I throw it in often. Never hurts to have a ranged attacker spreading that sweet poisony love. 🥰@carrieallen

REMINDER: If you do not own the themed card/monster you are welcome to create a battle post and talk about ANY card/monster. Have fun!

Instead of posting a comment thread, try sharing a blog/vlog post with us with one of the battle of splinterlands. Also try sharing your strategy of why choose the monsters and why this line up. This would really help us to communicate with you and also share some appreciation of your work via upvote from SL!

Hello Splinterlandians,

Here is a documented Haunted Spider battle I did yesterday, Everyday I'm Battle'n.

I also gave it wings and sent it out beyond our borders.
