Proposal for Community Challange run by SPS DAO

Howdy! I was watching a stream from Tales and we were takling about the Stonefish art. It got be thinking about a way we can use the DAO to reward players with fun contests, and mabey even see DAO profit.

I propose an Art contest for Chaos Legion card skins! We can have an entry fee, with the winner taking home an SPS payout + thier art featured on a buyable in-game skin. If proven this works, it could open the door to more fun contests run by the DAO!

Let me know what you think! The numbers can be worked out if there is enough interest in this :D
