Splinterlands Pack Price Check - Nov 5, 2021

Let's take a quick glance at what the price of packs are so we can follow their movement occasionally while we wait for the full public release of Chaos Legion (all pricing is from hive-engine).

• Alpha pack: $675 with the most recent one actually purchased for $825!
• Beta pack: $151 with the most recent few selling above $180.
• Untamed pack: $68 with the most recent few selling above $80.
• Dice pack: $59 with the most recent few selling above $70.
• Chaos Legion pack (pre-sale): $7.70 with the most recent few selling above $9.
• Vouchers: $14.50 with the most recent few selling for $17.70.

Who knows what the Chaos Legion packs will be selling for after all 15 million packs are sold out through the official market, let alone a year later and beyond, but things seem to be looking up for those that can resist the temptation to open the pack themselves with the hope for a gold foil legendary.

Reminder that those who buy a pre-sale CL pack from a 3rd party vendor do not get the airdrop perk chance like those who use a voucher to purchase directly. Your best bet is to get your funding together and purchase packs for $4 directly when they hit public release (probably in early 2022).

By the way, it looks like someone owns 6000 CL packs already followed by a few people with over 4000! Each of those packs required a voucher on top of the $4 price so that is some serious commitment.
