Steem Monsters - Blue Deck Strategy

Hello, I thought I'd do my first post for SplinterTalk, and discuss my strategy with blue going into ranked battles.. Currently I'm in the Silver I league, around 1650, so kinda new and not fully invested into the game, as my cards are a mix of levels... but let's just get into the strategy I'm going with for now. 

For my Mage, I stick with Xia Seachan mostly,

Tanks heading up the front...

For my tanks I go with one of two chars,...  Frost giant or Sea Monster. I'm still kinda unsure which I prefer to be honest.. I'll land on one eventually... 

Following behind is a Crustacean King (tank heals), then Pirate Archer (splash damage is good yes?) & Water Elemental in the rear. Water Elemental is in the rear to heal himself while taking hits in the back. 

Occasionally I'll use, Ruler of the Seas, Creeping Ooze, or Cocatrice as filler... 

I saw that some of the higher level games start with Cocatrice up front as a tank, but mine is far too low level for that.

Please let me know suggestions for my play, and a second color option. Thank you for taking the time to read my strategy and
