Splinterlands 3rd Giveaway - 1x Venari Wavesmith Delegation till EoS - ends 24h + Some "Lore"

The Card

Today's card is the real OG - Venari Wavesmith.

New players wouldn't remember, but the magic spam before they changed the starter's deck was unbelievable. And if you planned to spam magic, you had to have this card in your deck as well. They removed Alric Stormbringer - a summoner - from the starter's deck (plus medusa) and nowadays noone's spamming magic in the lower ranks anymore.

It gives your cards +2 shields and is a magic attacker itself. Mix that with Alric and you'd have a team of shielded monsters with massive magic damage even on low mana costs.

Sadly, they removed Alric and the price skyrocketed to ~120 bucks in a day (from ~30?) and the Era of magic spammers was over. Now, with cards, different combinations and strategies are emerging, but with that said, even now that Alric magic build is still a formidable combo that only those who actually own those cards can play.

Did you know there are some tags that can get you extra crypto earning and increase your chance of getting curated.

In this particular case SPT tag is used for splinterlands post only and OneUp tag can be using for all play2earn games.

Please learn more about tags to increase your chances of success on hive and make sure you only use appropriate tags.

Also remember there are some moderated tags and using them in inappropriate post can fall into tag abuse category. And you can get downvoted from "antiabuse group".

Now you can beat any magic spammer by using Thaddius, magic snipe and some high HP monsters xD, count me in @amaillo-m

Hey, man. Glad I could make a positive difference. Lately, I've been so busy with stuff and couldn't really play any Splinterlands. That's why I'm hosting these "delegation" giveaways to help the community AND to still have my stake and "investment" in the game - since I see a future for Splinterlands.
