Guild Store proposal and our 135th brawl statistics - Anregung für den Gildenladen und unsere 135. Rauferei-Statistik

As noted in the latest Member Management Report, our open spots have currently become a revolving door. What is behind this? Notice how many of the accounts in question have very similar names. Have bots been set up to look at open guilds for potential to loot? What can be looted? Is this about the store where Gladius Cases get purchased?
I took the opportunity to look back at a very different trend. Back then, the pressure on the last spot was so high, that for a short time within a brawl over 8k DEC would have had to be contributed to be able to stay in the guild. That is eight months ago now.
We were playing the 92nd and 93rd brawl at the time when @m-mirage-e surprisingly said goodbye, causing the entry leverage to abruptly drop to just over 5k DEC.
Shortly thereafter the bubble of our extreme growth burst, leaving us with the guildhall, which is still far too large today. But that is a completely different story.
For the next post, I want to compile what our current building upgrades look like (Link inserted afterwards) to ask where the collective journey can go next. Is an arena upgrade worth it? Are the barracks interesting to be able to play gladiators in silver? Is the store helpful to be able to get blood stones or even power stones? Has anyone ever thought about going to a guild that already makes such stones possible in order to get rarer gladiators? Or does our open store just continue to attract players with bots to buy Gladius Cases from Merits?

Wie bereits im neusten Member Management Report notiert, sind unsere offenen Plätze derzeit zur Drehtür geworden. Was steckt dahinter? Zu sehen ist, wie viele der betreffenden Accounts sehr ähnlich heißen. Sind Bots eingerichtet worden, um in offenen Gilden nach Potential für Plünderung zu schauen? Was lässt sich plündern? Geht es dabei um den Store, in dem Gladius Cases gekauft werden?
Ich ergriff die Gelegenheit, einen ganz anderen Trend in Rückschau zu betrachten. Damals war der Druck auf den letzten Platz so groß, dass kurzzeitig innerhalb einer Rauferei über 8k DEC beigesteuert werden hätten müssen, um in der Gilde bleiben zu können. Das ist inzwischen acht Monate her.
Wir spielten damals die 92. und 93. Rauferei, als sich @m-mirage-e überraschend verabschiedete und damit die Einstiegsmitgift schlagartig auf gut 5k DEC zurück ging.
Kurz darauf platzte die Blase unseres extremen Wachstums, die uns das bis heute viel zu große Zunfthaus hinterließ. Doch das ist eine ganz andere Geschichte.
Ich will für den nächsten Beitrag mal zusammentragen, wie unser derzeitiger Gebäudeausbau aussieht (Link nachträglich eingefügt), um zu fragen, wo die gemeinsame Reise als nächstes hin gehen kann. Lohnt ein Arena-Ausbau? Sind die Barracken interessant, um Gladiatoren in Silber spielen zu können? Ist der Store hilfreich, um Blut- oder gar Kraftsteine bekommen zu können? Hat mal jemand darüber nachgedacht, eine Gilde aufzusuchen, die solche Steine bereits möglich macht, um seltenere Gladiatoren zu bekommen? Oder lockt unser offener Store lediglich weiterhin Spieler mit Bots an, um von Merits Gladius Cases zu kaufen?
