¡Saludos comunidad! El reto de esta semana es sobre una regla de batalla que incrementa la vida de todos los monstruos. En la siguiente sección se explicará más a detalle, por lo que tener en cuenta este aspecto en el análisis para formar nuestras estrategias, es un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de las mismas. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les explicaré cómo afronté una batalla de Ranked de la liga de Plata en el formato Moderno, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Muerte, el invocador Thaddius Brood y los monstruos Djinn Muirat, Revealer, Scavo Hireling, Life Sapper, Venari Bonesmith y Dhampir Stalker para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Equalizer es una regla que incrementa la vida de todos los monstruos en la batalla, igualándola a la cantidad de vida más alta entre ambos equipos.

Entonces, conociendo estos detalles, es importante considerar utilizar aquellos monstruos que en condiciones normales, se ven limitados por su poca cantidad de vida pero que poseen un gran potencial. De igual manera, es recomendable incluir habilidades como: “Life Leech” y “Scavenger”, ya que en conjunto a “Tank Heal”, permiten incrementar la cantidad de sanación considerablemente.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 34 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir invocadores con un costo de maná entre 4 y 7 puntos. Es importante tener una estrategia definida para aprovechar adecuadamente el maná restante para la elección de los monstruos.

La regla “Equalizer” ya la expliqué a detalle en la sección anterior. Por otra parte, Briar Patch, es una regla que otorga la habilidad “Thorns” a todos los monstruos en la batalla.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Muerte, ya que cuenta con monstruos que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen daño mágico y ranged. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Void Armor”, “Knock Out”, “Giant Killer”, “Stun”, “Repair”, “Life Leech”, “Poison”, “True Strike”, entre otras y con un invocador que disminuye en 1 punto el daño mágico y la vida del equipo enemigo.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso de los tipos de daño mágico y ranged. Es por ello que decidí elegir al invocador Thaddius Brood, ya que disminuye en 1 punto el daño mágico y la vida del equipo enemigo.

Djinn Muirat fue el tanque en esta oportunidad, ya que cuenta con buenas estadísticas y las habilidades: “Void Armor”, “Knock Out” y “Giant Killer”. Las cuales le permiten resistir un poco más el daño mágico y aprovechar mejor su ataque.

Revealer tiene el objetivo de dar ventaja al equipo, específicamente al tanque, mediante su habilidad “Stun”. Además de contribuir con su daño desde la segunda línea.

Scavo Hireling tiene el propósito de dar soporte a Djiin Muirat mediante su habilidad “Repair” para ayudarlo a resistir el daño mágico enemigo mediante la habilidad “Void Armor”.

Life Sapper contribuye con su daño desde la segunda línea mientras va tomando ventaja con su habilidad “Life Leech” en cada ataque.

Venari Bonesmith contribuye con su daño desde la segunda línea mientras va tomando ventaja con su habilidad “Life Leech” en cada ataque y también da ventaja al equipo mediante su habilidad “Poison”.

Dhampir Stalker contribuye a debilitar a los monstruos enemigos en las primeras posiciones mediante su habilidad “True Strike”, la cual no le permite fallar en sus ataques.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al invocador Thaddius Brood y los monstruos Djinn Muirat, Revealer, Scavo Hireling, Life Sapper, Venari Bonesmith y Dhampir Stalker, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 1 de la ronda 6, el equipo enemigo estaba casi abatido. Djinn Muirat defendió muy bien la primera posición gracias al apoyo por parte de Revealer y Scavo Hireling. Del mismo modo, la contribución de Life Sapper, Venari Bonemisth y Dhampir Stalker fue clave.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con resistencia contra el daño mágico e incluya habilidades como: “Void”, “Void Armor”, “Shatter”, “Repair”, “Silence”, “Magic Reflect”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con resistencia contra el daño mágico. Además, el daño de su ofensiva estaba mal distribuido, esto debido a la habilidad “Scattershot”.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

In this opportunity, I will explain how I faced a Silver League Ranked battle in the Modern format, focusing my analysis on explaining how I used the Death Splinter, the summoner Thaddius Brood and the monsters Djinn Muirat, Revealer, Scavo Hireling, Life Sapper, Venari Bonesmith and Dhampir Stalker to be consistent with the battle rules present and the skills I wanted to combine in order to take advantage in the game with the strategy proposed.

Since these aspects are a key factor with a considerable impact on the performance of our strategies.

Likewise, it is advisable to include abilities such as "Life Leech" and "Scavenger", since together with "Tank Heal", they allow you to increase the amount of healing considerably.

Let's talk about the set of rules present in the battle, this is the starting point to begin the analysis that will lead us to the most appropriate choice to face the battle.

Let's talk about the equipment and the strategy it conforms. Given the circumstances, it was obvious to use magic damage and ranged types. That is why I decided to choose the summoner Thaddius Brood, since it decreases the magic damage and life of the enemy team by 1 point.

Djinn Muirat was the tank this time, since he has good stats and the abilities: "Void Armor", "Knock Out" and "Giant Killer". These allow him to resist magic damage a bit more and take better advantage of his attack.

Revealer has the objective of giving an advantage to the team, specifically to the tank, through his "Stun" ability. It also contributes with its damage from the second line.

Scavo Hireling has the purpose of supporting Djinn Muirat through his "Repair" ability to help him resist enemy magic damage through his "Void Armor" ability.

Life Sapper contributes with his damage from the second line while taking advantage with his "Life Leech" skill in every attack.

Venari Bonesmith contributes damage from the second line while taking advantage of his "Life Leech" ability with each attack and also gives the team an advantage with his "Poison" ability.

Dhampir Stalker contributes to weaken the enemy monsters in the first positions through his "True Strike" ability, which does not allow him to miss in his attacks.

As I mentioned before, choosing the summoner Thaddius Brood and the monsters Djinn Muirat, Revealer, Scavo Hireling, Life Sapper, Venari Bonesmith and Dhampir Stalker was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to resist enough.

Notice how by turn 1 of round 6, the enemy team was almost down. Djinn Muirat defended the first position very well thanks to the support of Revealer and Scavo Hireling. Likewise, the contribution of Life Sapper, Venari Bonemisth and Dhampir Stalker was key.

The strategy proposed made efficient use of the amount of mana available, covering aspects such as: resistance against enemy damage, team support, good offense, and coherence with the present rule set.

A weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has resistance against magic damage and includes abilities such as: "Void", "Void Armor", "Shatter", "Repair", "Silence", "Magic Reflect", among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have resistance against magic damage. In addition, their offensive damage was poorly distributed, due to the "Scattershot" ability.

For the proper functioning of our strategies, it is important to consider all the aspects involved, so we should not only focus on the stats and skills to combine. We must also take into account the influence of the rule sets on the strategy.
