Imperial Knight, Scavo Hireling y Prismologist dominaron una batalla con las reglas Reverse Speed y Deflection Field [Es/En]

¡Saludos comunidad! En el reto de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes un análisis de mi experiencia utilizando una estrategia con el Splinter de Vida. La cual considero una excelente opción para aquellas partidas con un límite de maná bajo y con las reglas “Reverse Speed” y “Deflection Field”. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les mostraré cómo afronté una batalla de Brawl de la liga de Plata en el formato Salvaje, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Vida, el invocador General Sloan y a las unidades Imperial Knight, Scavo Hireling, Stitch Leech y Prismologist para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 24 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir invocadores con un costo de maná entre 4 y 7 puntos. Sin embargo, es importante tener una estrategia bien definida para elegir a las unidades adecuadas con el maná restante.

Reverse Speed es una regla que invierte el orden de ataque en las unidades, de acuerdo a los puntos de velocidad. Es decir, aquellas unidades con menos puntos de velocidad atacarán primero. Por otra parte, Deflection Field, otorga a todas las unidades la habilidad “Deflect”.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Vida, ya que cuenta con unidades que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen ataque ranged y melee. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Void Armor”, “Heal”, “Repair”, “Sneak”, “Blast”, entre otras y con un invocador que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque ranged del equipo.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso de cualquier tipo de ataque. Es por ello que decidí utilizar al invocador General Sloan, ya que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque ranged del equipo.

Imperial Knight fue el tanque en esta oportunidad, ya que cuenta con una combinación de estadísticas y habilidades adecuadas para la posición. Las habilidades “Void Armor” y “Heal”, le permiten resistir los ataques mágicos y recuperar su salud gradualmente en cada turno.

Scavo Hireling se encargó de restaurar la armadura del equipo a través de la habilidad “Repair”. Cabe destacar que su prioridad es brindar apoyo al Imperial Knight.

Stitch Leech se ocupó de debilitar a las unidades en las últimas posiciones enemigas mediante la habilidad “Sneak”.

Por último, Prismologist contribuyó a rematar a las unidades enemigas utilizando su elevado daño ranged.

Es importante que observen los puntos de velocidad de estas unidades, y cómo este aspecto hace la diferencia en estas circunstancias.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al anchor General Sloan y a las unidades Imperial Knight, Scavo Hireling, Stitch Leech y Prismologist, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 6 de la ronda 3, el equipo enemigo estaba casi abatido. Imperial Knight y Prismologist dominaron completamente a las unidades enemigas en las primeras posiciones. Es importante mencionar que el soporte de Scavo Hireling fue determinante para ello. Del mismo modo, Stitch Leech se encargó de las unidades enemigas en las últimas posiciones.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con resistencia a los ataques ranged y melee, e incluya habilidades como: “Shield”, “Protect”, “Void”, “Repair”, “Headwinds”, “Demoralize”, “Shatter”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con las habilidades de soporte suficientes.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

Let's talk about the set of rules present in battle. This is the starting point for the analysis that will lead us to the most appropriate choice for facing battle.

The mana limit is 24 points, which allows us to choose summoners with a mana cost between 4 and 7 points. However, it is important to have a well-defined strategy for choosing the right units with the remaining mana.

It also has abilities such as “Void Armor,” “Heal,” “Repair,” “Sneak,” “Blast,” among others, and a summoner that increases the team's ranged attack by 1 point.

Let's talk about the team and the strategy it forms. Given the circumstances, it was clear that any type of attack would be used. That's why I decided to use the summoner General Sloan, as he increases the team's ranged attack by 1 point.

Imperial Knight was the tank this time, as he has a combination of stats and abilities suitable for the position. The “Void Armor” and “Heal” abilities allow him to resist magic attacks and gradually recover his health each turn.

Scavo Hireling was in charge of restoring the team's armor through the “Repair” ability. It should be noted that his priority is to provide support to the Imperial Knight.

Stitch Leech was responsible for weakening the units in the last enemy positions using the “Sneak” skill.

Finally, Prismologist contributed to finishing off enemy units using his high ranged damage.

It is important to note the speed points of these units and how this aspect makes a difference in these circumstances.

As I mentioned earlier, choosing General Sloan as anchor and the Imperial Knight, Scavo Hireling, Stitch Leech, and Prismologist units was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to withstand enough damage.

Notice how by turn 6 of round 3, the enemy team was almost defeated. Imperial Knight and Prismologist completely dominated the enemy units in the front positions. It is important to mention that Scavo Hireling's support was decisive in this. Similarly, Stitch Leech took care of the enemy units in the rear positions.

The proposed strategy made efficient use of the available mana, covering aspects such as: resistance to enemy damage, team support, a good offense, and consistency with the current set of rules.

A weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has resistance to ranged and melee attacks and includes abilities such as: “Shield,” “Protect,” “Void,” “Repair,” “Headwinds,” “Demoralize,” “Shatter,” among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have sufficient support abilities.

For our strategies to work properly, it is important to consider all aspects involved, so we should not only focus on the statistics and abilities to combine. We must also take into account the influence of the rule sets on the strategy.
