Una estrategia interesante con el Splinter de Tierra en una batalla con Fire & Regret [Es/En]

¡Saludos comunidad! En el reto de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes un análisis de mi experiencia utilizando una estrategia con el Splinter de Tierra. La cual considero una excelente opción para aquellas partidas con un límite de maná medio y con la regla “Fire & Regret”. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les mostraré cómo afronté una batalla de Brawl de la liga de Plata en el formato Salvaje, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Tierra, el archon Obsidian y a las unidades Quora Towershead, Magi of Chaos, Goblin Psychic, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted y Djinn Biljka para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 39 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir archons con un costo de maná de entre 4 y 7 puntos. Sin embargo, es importante tener una estrategia definida para aprovechar sabiamente el maná restante.

Stampede, es una regla que permite a las unidades con la habilidad “Trample”, activarla múltiples veces siempre que la unidad enemiga sea abatida. Mientras que, Fire & Regret, es una regla que otorga a todas las unidades la habilidad “Return Fire”.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Tierra, ya que cuenta con unidades que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen ataque mágico, melee y ranged. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Bloodlust”, “Heal”, “Tank Heal”, “Weapons Training”, “Shatter”, “Camouflage”, “Void”, entre otras, y con un anchor que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque mágico del equipo.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso de cualquier tipo de ataque. Es por ello que decidí utilizar al archon Obsidian, ya que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque mágico del equipo.

Quora Towershead fue el tanque en esta oportunidad, ya que cuenta con buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, sus puntos de vida y ataque mágico y melee. También posee las habilidades “Bloodlust” y “Heal”, las cuales le permiten incrementar su potencial y resistir mucho más.

Magi of Chaos contribuye con su ataque mágico desde la segunda posición y protegerá al resto del equipo en caso que el tanque sea abatido.

Goblin Psychic ofrece soporte al tanque mediante la habilidad “Tank Heal”. Además de contribuir con su ataque mágico.

Chaos Agent y Chaos de Undaunted trabajan en equipo para contribuir con sus ataques ranged desde la segunda posición. Esto es posible gracias a la habilidad “Weapons Training”.

Djinn Biljka contribuye con su ataque mágico desde la última posición con la particularidad de que no puede ser atacado gracias a la habilidad “Camouflage”.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al archon Obsidian y a las unidades Quora Towershead, Magi of Chaos, Goblin Psychic, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted y Djinn Biljka, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 18 de la ronda 2, el equipo enemigo estaba casi abatido. Quora Towershead resistió muy bien en la primera posición. Esto fue posible gracias al soporte de Goblin Psychic. Del mismo modo, la contribución de Magi of Chaos, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted y Djinn Biljka fue clave para derrotar al enemigo.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con resistencia a los ataques melee y mágicos e incluya habilidades como: “Void”, “Phase”, “Shield”, “Protect”, “Repair”, “Silence”, “Demoralize”, “Amplify”, “Magic Reflect”, “Thorns”, “Retaliate”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con la resistencia y habilidades de soporte suficientes para soportar el daño de mi ofensiva.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

This time, I'll show you how I approached a Silver league Brawl battle in the Wild format, focusing my analysis on explaining how I used Earth Splinter, Archon Obsidian, and the units Quora Towershead, Magi of Chaos, Goblin Psychic, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted, and Djinn Biljka to be consistent with the battle rules and the skills I wanted to combine in order to take advantage of the game with the proposed strategy.

These aspects are a key factor with a considerable impact on the performance of our strategies.

Let's talk about the set of rules present in battle. This is the starting point for the analysis that will lead us to the most appropriate choice for facing battle.

Let's talk about the team and the strategy it forms. Given the circumstances, it was clear that any type of attack would be used. That's why I decided to use Archon Obsidian, as it increases the team's magic attack by 1 point.

Quora Towershead was the tank this time, as she has good stats, including her health points and magic and melee attack. It also has the “Bloodlust” and “Heal” abilities, which allow it to increase its potential and resist much more.

Magi of Chaos contributes with its magic attack from the second position and will protect the rest of the team in case the tank is defeated.

Goblin Psychic supports the tank with the “Tank Heal” ability. It also contributes with its magic attack.

Chaos Agent and Chaos of Undaunted work as a team to contribute with their ranged attacks from the second position. This is possible thanks to the “Weapons Training” skill.

Djinn Biljka contributes with his magic attack from the last position with the particularity that he cannot be attacked thanks to the “Camouflage” skill.

As I mentioned earlier, choosing Archon Obsidian and the units Quora Towershead, Magi of Chaos, Goblin Psychic, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted, and Djinn Biljka was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to withstand enough damage.

Notice how by turn 18 of round 2, the enemy team was almost defeated. Quora Towershead held up very well in the first position. This was possible thanks to the support of Goblin Psychic. Similarly, the contribution of Magi of Chaos, Chaos Agent, Ava the Undaunted, and Djinn Biljka was key to defeating the enemy.

One weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has resistance to melee and magic attacks and includes abilities such as: “Void,” “Phase,” “Shield,” “Protect,” “Repair,” “Silence,” “Demoralize,” “Amplify,” “Magic Reflect,” “Thorns,” “Retaliate,” among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have enough resistance and support abilities to withstand the damage from my offense.

For our strategies to work properly, it is important to consider all aspects involved, so we must not only focus on the statistics and skills to combine. We must also take into account the influence of rule sets on strategy.
