# Great season! - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 18 Report Card

Hi everyone!
It was honestly really exciting to make it into Diamond 1, especially after getting there and getting bounced out in Season 16 and just not getting anywhere close in Season 17.
Different to Season 16, once I stuck the landing into Diamond 1, I just did not play anymore... (as you can tell by my 3404 rating).
Lily Shieldpaw has been fun to play with, especially since I've never owned Byzantine Kitty and have wanted a more powerful dragon summoner for so long. Being able to focus all the attention to my tank has been pretty fun, but I'd guess that my success rate with Lily hasn't been huge.
I'm also really enjoying Astral Entity paired with Pelacor Deceiver and Lira the Dark... but honestly you have to be super careful when you use that build.

Pretty happy with my overall performance. I'm definitely playing way more games (double?) than I used to... and it's all because I want to build up those Soulbound reward cards. I'm definitely seeing them come into play now and it's always upsetting when you see one on your opponents team that you're no where near being able to play yet.

These rewards feel like they're in the right ballpark... way more than last season. 264 reward cards is amazing, compared to 227 last season (which is also amazing honesty).

Rentals seem pretty usual too.
I'm so curious to see what the new 1 DEC for listing will change, if anything. I did last one card for the season (instead of daily) but honestly it doesn't really seem like many people are using it yet (when you look at rentals the default is Daily). I've been slowly adjusting my more outrageous and out of date prices, so we'll see if this figure changes much.

It is hard to compare any of my stats to yours being in such a lower league but my win/loss and longest streak is similar this season. I maybe played a little less this season but have been pretty active not missing any of guild brawls which seems great for collecting SPS rewards.
I was just about to level all my most used summoner to L3 and hopefully get enough card power to enter silver 2 (40k card power) (as I am sick of getting knocked back into bronze 1 each season) but it looks like they are going to change it all next season so I might hold off and see what happens.

Yeah, I'm super curious about that change too... because I've only played Wild and not Modern, I'm down in Novice... but once that change goes through I think I'll start to play Modern since it'll give me a chance to practice with the Gladiator cards.

Why there is no Dec in the Season 17 reward ? I'm i missing something ? 23k dec from the rentals is no doubt a good amount. You must have invested a lot of money in the game.

There's no DEC in Season 17 or Season 18 rewards and won't be any DEC in any rewards going forward. Essentially the team are removing DEC from rewards (currently the only new DEC entering the ecosystem is the End of Season placement rewards, you have to get in the top 30 of each league leaderboard) and replacing it with SPS. We win SPS instead of DEC for each game now.
The team wants to get DEC back to it's pegged amount, but there is way too much supply of DEC for the current demand, so they've halted almost all DEC rewards to dry up the supply.

Many many congratulations for your this season reward. When a person sees that the team in front of us has come more, then we also think about our team again and whatever changes are going to be made in it, then we do much better in the upcoming game. There is competition. The way you have managed everything and on top of that you are working so hard and still reaping so much reward because without hard work one cannot achieve anything. I think this is a good decision for the team, they didn't give dec reward at all this season, it will help that he will be in short supply and will be able to go at his price in the coming days.
