I am starting a investment club called the SPL Group which has 3 main goals:

1. Make it free for everyone
2. Invest heavily in SPS, SPT, Validators and other rare items. Also invest in land and other LP pools on TribalDEX
3. Create a 100,000,000 fund in 5 years by raising the capital for the first 1,000 investors using bank bonuses to complete the amount of capital needed to start off and be takend seriously enough to raise a larger amount. At 2,000 people we will have capitital of 2,000 min 1,500 (500 bonus equity) or 50% if you do more than 1,000 then you get the bonus amount X 1.5 if you are one of the first 100 members. We have the GP team that will be running the club. I will be geting the referral site up this week so the interested parties can complete the fast easy bonuses and the bonuses will get more complex and usually more money as you move down the list. Like a 50 dollar bonus should only take me 20 minutes and a 600 bonus will likely take a hour. Either way do two of the 500 bonuses and you met the minimum and we get a thousand ppl then the club has 2 million at its disposal and before we raise equity everyone in the club will have a few weeks to do as many bonuses as possible if they want more equity at there current share class and hopefully get to 4-5 million then raising 50-75 million to expand the strategy will not look like so much.

The first 4-5 million will be used to fund the GP and member accounts in full so no out of pocket cash needs to be invested and they can only make money since the money was givent to everyone.

Activities the fund will be doing:

1. Staking SPS and running SPS Validator nodes
2. SPT - create an NFT collection for the funds members as well as give some of the Banker NFTs for the Unbanked hopefully future SPL Group Card with SPS on it if I can convince them.
3. Pre bank bonus funding will come from voting on my self for a bit to get a few grand to jump start the funds treasury and purchase its first assets as well as start onboarding members.
4. Music, podcasts, streaming - we will do battle streams I will have a show where I battle and narrorate in some creative way as well as create art that we can sell. For any art sold the club treasury receives 25% the artist gets 75%.
5. Charity - SPL Priv FDN will run a program for new players to get them to higher leagues and help them out in learning to play as with the goal of getting them in the group as a partner.
6. Most issues for now will be voted on but until the firm becomes a DAO LLC during reg A raise all original share hoolders will be part of the GP team and the rest will be considered limited partners now and will pay a 2% free 20% promote.
7. The SPT totken will be accumulated as much as possible and we will be hosting lotteries as well as auto voting with any SPT yout have to this account. The posts are really ment to get the most votes and value possible for the fund and then I will go back to currating content. Also we will accumulate substantial stakes in all curation assets and currate each token daily to good posts that are posted on our blog which will be about the fund and what strategies we are using.
8. We will also talk about general finance and other investments on the blog, podcast, video, etc. THe goal is to show people another way than a 9-5 job if they hate it or dont make enough. I was able to leave my job as a CPA 3 years ago an god I never knew how much I hated taxes lol. Most people literally goto jobs they hate rather than risk something on a project they love. I have half my net worth going into this so Im not going to fail lol.
9. Strategies in more detail- stable coin LP pools - various - 10-25% apr for 70% of the assets and use the income to invest in riskyer assets, equities public and private, real estate and other. Eventually we will be getting into capital raises of larger direct deals like own a high rise compelex where we plaster various Splinterlands designs on the buidling and incorporate a trading floor with various crypto news constantly up around the room. We will also modify the inside apartments so that they fit to a digital asset investors needs specifically. The complex will be down south in FL most likely as I am likely moving somewhere near thee posiblly Puerto Rico but likely FL. Decided to build a sick camper and just travel as I dont need to work anymore especially without any expenses like I had before. Ways to become financially free will be a key part in the fund is promoting Splinterlands to other social media and blockchain outlets. I will be currating every token I can for a bit I will be self voting but its not for me it is for the fund so please everyone let the excessive self voting slide for a bit so I can get some people in the fund.
10. The 30% not in stable coins will be in SPS, validators, land, SPT, HIVE, other.
11. After we hit 2 million SPS we will be trying for 10-50 validators, 10-25 land plots or more, a massive card deck, hive/HDB build up, and 50-80 million SPT so we have more influence.

This is I think a first where someone will fund a investment club entirely for free so will be pretty cool to go down the east coast getting people to do this at investment clubs at colleges etc and just on the street bc I talk to anyone that looks at me and love inserting my self into groups lol.
