Dang, what the heck is up with the pump in Starbits. Congrats to rising star players.
Upon my usual, habitual, checking of accounts, i happened to notice a pump in the price of Starbits. I apologize if theres a clear reason why, and i may be unaware of why. Maybe some excitement or just random buying. Seemed to be quite a bit of sudden volume.
Im currently at level 34, just 1 decent card and havent bought more packs. Although im interested in at least 1 more pack. Im kind of stuck on fans, but i let my ego sit too high as well.
Oh well, ill complete more challenges, continue the grind.
The game is cool so far, nice to do a quick check in, start a challenge and accumulate some starbits. Will be nicer to rise in the ranks, and to be able to complete those juicier challenges that pay better starbits.
Also, joined my 1st tournament in Splinterlands, and completed my 8 battles. Won a couple, lost a couple, while a few have team selected but havent played out yet. Will be cool if i can move on to the next round. Hosted by Drabs, cool feature of the game id say.
Grinded my daily loot, collected a small bounty, worked last night, and im ready to sleep.

The spikes confused me too, almost tripled in price it seems and everybody is trying to sell their Starbits to the guy trying to purchase 43m of them 😂 May try stack some Hive with my Starbits before we hit that $3 range again one day!
Also I played the same way you are currently, I just grinded and grinded never purchased any packs, didn't purchase any really till I started joining in on some giveaways, surprisingly won a fair few of them and saw my stats increase + Starbit earnings then I got hooked seeing them numbers go up 😅

Thank you my friend, I actually only got into Peakd/Hive etc because of Risingstar pushing the giveaways via the game screen. So feels nice to host one myself, potenitally help a person or two discover this wonderful blockchain!
I'm hitting a Rising Star milestone, kinda, tonight or tomorrow and I planned on opening some packs to just have fun with finally reaching my goal, I'll shoot you over a few cards to help you along the grind when I get round to opening them. Its a cool game, not much to do though. Its a slow grind for me. Check in, sign up for a time based mission, and just accumulate some points.
I like guitar and its kept my attention for a few weeks now, up to you blanchman.
I want to discover also starbits how to play with this.

Its a little confusing but its a cool game. Has to do with challenges that are time based, and some probability. Buying a couple packs of the cards would help but i only bought 1 pack so far.

It was crazy, man. I just bought my 1M Starbits so I could do the millionaire's mission two days prior to the pump. Can't even imagine what it would've been like if I were to act slower 🤦♂
There's thig guy who spends millions of starbits daily on music promoter mission and all of a sudden he just buys big... no problem with that at all tbf, just gonna sell my excess starbits :))

Lol, wow. Its a cool game though, and theres some whales with deep pockets and crypto bags to throw around, so its fair game like you said. Helps lift our value, i sold just a small 5k bits worth.
