Para empezar, utilicé el pincel tipo pelo para hacer el boceto de la forma de la cara y el cuerpo de la ninfa, siguiendo el estilo de la carta original. Luego, apliqué un color base para la piel usando el pincel plano real, que me permite crear un efecto de textura y sombreado. Después, fui definiendo con la brocha tipo plano real algunas líneas tanto con tono oscuro y un tono más claro para iluminación, para darle más profundidad y realismo al rostro. Fui borrando lo excedente para limpiar la figura, y luego pude seguir en otra capa con los ojos y la boca usando otra capa con el mismo método de mezcla normal. Los ojos los hice de un color verde intenso, y la boca de un tono verde oscuro. También añadí las pestañas y las cejas con el mismo pincel tipo pelo.

To begin, I used the hair brush to sketch the shape of the nymph's face and body, following the style of the original card. Next, I applied a base skin color using the actual flat brush, which allows me to create a texture and shading effect. Afterwards, I was defining some lines with the real plane type brush, both with a dark tone and a lighter tone for lighting, to give more depth and realism to the face. I erased the excess to clean the figure, and then I was able to continue on another layer with the eyes and mouth using another layer with the same normal mixing method. I made the eyes a deep green color, and the mouth a dark green tone. I also added the eyelashes and eyebrows with the same hair type brush.

Seguí en otra capa y con el pincel plano real pincelando y dando forma a la blusa que estaba haciendo de un color verde y luego recordé que era azul, y me sirvió mucho aplicar el filtro en el ajuste de colores. Así, conseguí un tono azul oscuro que contrasta con el color de la piel y los ojos. Después de aplicar las ramas en sus brazos usando el mismo método, seguí entonces con el cabello usando una brocha pincel redondo con un grosor grande para hacer trazos más completos que luego definí un poco con la brocha tipo pelo. El cabello lo hice de un color verde más claro que el de la carta ya que quería aplicar un fondo oscuro, con algunos reflejos amarillos opacos como de luz. Apliqué un fondo oscuro con algo de iluminación usando la brocha tipo pastel suave y con método normal de mezcla. El fondo lo hice con estos tonos, para crear un ambiente nocturno y mágico.

I continued on another layer and with the real flat brush brushing and shaping the blouse I was making in a green color and then I remembered that it was blue, and it helped me a lot to apply the filter in the color setting. Thus, I got a dark blue tone that contrasts with the color of the skin and eyes. After applying the branches on her arms using the same method, I then continued with the hair using a round brush with a large thickness to make fuller strokes that I then defined a little with the hair brush. I made the hair a lighter green color than the one on the card since I wanted to apply a dark background, with some opaque yellow reflections like light. I applied a dark background with some highlighting using the soft pastel brush and normal blending method. I made the background with these tones, to create a magical, nocturnal atmosphere.

Seguí aplicando en otra capa un método de superposición que me gusta para resaltar los colores, y apliqué con la brocha pastel suave en opacidad baja, para darle un toque de brillo a la piel y la ropa. También añadí brillos con método añadir con la brocha tipo purpurina y punto de brillo, que son pinceles que me gustan para resaltar los ojos y agregar algunos destellos. Así, logré crear un efecto de luminosidad y contraste que hace que la ninfa se vea más atractiva y misteriosa. Fue un retrato que me gustó como quedó, y espero les guste esta representación de esta nueva carta de Splinterlands del tema rebellion. Me pareció un personaje muy original y con mucho potencial para crear dibujos de historias y aventuras. Me divertí mucho haciendo este dibujo y aprendí algunas técnicas nuevas que espero seguir practicando para tener más versatilidad con este estilo de ilustración que he alcanza.

I continued applying on another layer an overlay method that I like to highlight the colors, and applied with the soft pastel brush at low opacity, to give a touch of shine to the skin and clothing. I also added glitters with the add method with the glitter type brush and glitter point, which are brushes that I like to highlight the eyes and add some sparkles. Thus, I managed to create an effect of luminosity and contrast that makes the nymph look more attractive and mysterious. It was a portrait that I liked how it turned out, and I hope you like this representation of this new Splinterlands card of the rebellion theme. I found him to be a very original character with a lot of potential to create drawings of stories and adventures. I had a lot of fun doing this drawing and I learned some new techniques that I hope to continue practicing to have more versatility with this style of illustration that I have achieved.
