Hello everyone HIVE community, alienart and everyone in general, I had been gone for about a month since my last shared post, I've been a little busy, there are changes in my life, positive change fortunately I will tell you in the next post or any of these next posts, for now I want to tell you that for this return I show you my entry for this week of the splinterlands art contest, this time of many times that I remember wanting to draw this card I had always avoided it, but this time I finally decided to draw the great TIME MAGE, I show you how it was done and the step by step as usual, here we go.

Hola a todos comunidad de HIVE, de alienart y todos en general, tenia ya aproximadamente un mes desaparecido desde mi ultimo post compartido, he estado algo ocupado, están habiendo cambios en mi vida, cambio positivo por suerte que ya les contaré en el siguiente post o alguno de estos siguientes posts, por ahora quiero contarles que para este regreso les muestro mi entrada para esta semana del concurso de arte de splinterlands, esta vez de muchas veces que recuerdo haber querido dibujar esta carta siempre la había evitado, pero esta vez al fin me animé a dibujar a la gran TIME MAGE , te muestro como fue hacerla y el paso a paso como es costumbre, vamos allá.

This time I have done the sketch directly on the ipad that although before I was more fan of doing the sketch in traditional the truth is that in recent weeks I have tried to do it in digital and I got used to it very well, so much so that now it is more comfortable for me to capture the idea directly, approved XD.

Esta vez he hecho el boceto directamente en el ipad que a pesar de que antes era mas fan de hacer el boceto en tradicional la verdad es que en las ultimas semanas he probado hacerlo en digital y me acostumbre muy bien, tanto que ahora se me hace mas cómodo plasmar la idea directamente, aprobado XD.

For this idea I have come up with something interesting, although TIME MAGE is not an aquatic character, I changed her appearance to make it so, I added two ears, it looks a little strange, I don't know if I will repeat this idea again but I had to try it because I had wanted to do it for a long time, this was the perfect opportunity, changing her feet for a long mermaid tail and changing her fabric dress for one more appropriate for the water, I had the idea ready.

Para esta idea se me ha ocurrido algo interesante, a pesar de TIME MAGE no es un personaje acuático le cambie algo la apariencia para que lo fuera, agregue dos orejas se ve algo extraño no se si vuelva a repetir esta idea pero debía probarlo pues tenia tiempo queriéndolo hacer, esta era la oportunidad perfecta, cambiando los pies por una larga cola de sirena y cambiando su vestido de tela por uno mas apropiado para el agua, tenia la idea lista.

Once again I found those warm tones that I always try to avoid, not because I can't do it but because my taste will always be to make cold compositions, this one didn't have so many warm tones so I took the opportunity to make the drawing look as cold as possible, I just changed some tones a little bit to fit everything much better, another thing you should notice is that the character's scepter is not complete, that was because I decided to integrate it better as an object that floats and follows TIME MAGE, to vary things a little, I always like to see a What if? to the fanart.

Una vez mas me encontré con esos tonos cálidos que siempre trato de evitar, no porque no pueda hacerlo si no porque mi gusto siempre será hacer composiciones frías, esta no tenia tantos tonos cálidos así que aproveche de hacer que el dibujo se viera lo mas frio posible, solo cambie algunos tonos un poco para que encajara todo mucho mejor, otra cosa que se debe notar es que el cetro del personaje no esta completo, eso fue porque decidí integrarlo mejor como un objeto que flota y sigue a TIME MAGE, para variar un poco las cosas, siempre me gusta verle un ¿Qué pasaría si? a los fanart.

For the smallest details I added a kind of shiny seaweed could be in her dress, since it is supposed to be made of a marine material to better navigate the waters, a backlight, and finally the seabed that always seems to me the most conducive for this type of characters, may soon change a little background, that would be interesting. Para los detalles mas pequeños agregue una especie de algas brillantes podría ser en su vestido, ya que se supone que este esta hecho de un material marino para poder recorrer mejor las aguas, una contraluz, y para finalizar el fondo marino que siempre me parece lo mas propicio par este tipo de personajes, puede que próximamente cambie un poco los fondos, eso estaría interesante. te muestro el resultado y cuéntame si te gusto.
