Hiya #splinterlands battlemages! Season 127 proved to be another new high in seasonal reward chests with a haul of 111! Lucky me! I earned another 3604 SPS from the 11 #SPSDAO events that I entered this past season, which I'll get to at the end.

Another season, another finish in Champion 1 in both formats. I used Xbot to help me strategically during the work week when I know I won't have the time to play, but I played nearly three times as many modern battles this season. I'm getting the strategic value out of my cards with all the amazing competition in the Splinterverse from Ranked Battle to Tournaments and Brawls!
The Xbot beat me for win rate again this season 57% on 122 battles in Wild. I won 183 of 332 battles for a 55% win rate. I had a much longer win streak with 10 in a row to breeze mostly through Champion 2.
The grind up to Modern Champion 1 took me down to the very last day of the season, so I never found myself wasting games to hold onto rank. As you can see, I missed out on the leaderboard in both leagues. Truth be told, I was on a win streak in both formats when I was able to pause for the reset. I decided not to risk the status to take the chance for one last big win when the reality is it likely very few points for a win or a disastrous loss to drop out of the Champion 1 league on the last day.

I was able to functionally max out my Chaos Legion Soulbound set this season, although I am still missing 1 bcx of the RFL and RFE dragon cards for a full RF set. At this point, I'm just chasing the GF to max out as many of those as I can before the set is finally replaced by a new rewards set for Rebellion.
SPS and MERITS are always welcome from rewards. I was to earn 8 gladius cases from the MERITS this season, which is a welcomed addition to the Soulbound collection. I also earned over 3000! combined potions this season. Sadly, these potions continue to pile up and I'm unable to open nearly enough packs and rewards to use them all. Maybe we could use up to 5x potions on each card in the pack to increase our GF/Legend rates to 10%. I would be down for that and buy more packs for sure!

Again. this beefy SPS number does not include the ~3604 won in tournaments, bringing my seasonal haul to 10887 SPS! Amazing! At today's USD 0.0244 price that's over $265 in SPS rewards alone, not counting cards, potions, and merits!
I continue to explore new strategies with the Rebellion set in Modern and I'm enjoying the game in the new year. Tournaments, Tier 5 Brawls! and Ranked Play all have a fresh buzz about them. I find myself trying to make time to play more and more battles myself, as you can see with my 332:122 ratio of modern:wild battles this past season. If only Champion Energy wasn't so dang expensive, I would probably play even more battles each season.
Maybe DEC-B (since soulbound) could actually be used in Ranked Reward chests?! I would happily use it to buy more energy! Well, that's a discussion for a different article. Thanks for checking out DuceCrypto's Season 127 Reward Report!
