Interesting proposal yet if it passes for 100k SPT a day for 1 day or 730 days, do all get free shares if the community funds this instead of us buying shares with SPT? I bet it would pass more easily if liquid rewards were burned with an accurate number of what would be burning throughout the 2 years and what it could also do for the tokenomics? The sound of it going to fund your programs overhead means you will be selling curation payouts so... Great program though, too bad I gave my SBI shares away years ago.

We considered burning or staking the liquid rewards. They're actually going to be pretty negligible over the life of the program, so it's better to have some flexibility.
There will be no buying units with SPT. Our team have already started curating more splintertalk users, and there will be some exciting new features in our 2.0 release. We don't want to leak too many details at this time, though.
