Last week I participated very late in this contest, it is incredible how each week is more and more hard to win, the artistic creations are of very high quality, and I am not an artist, I participate in the contest because I love the game and I love to draw, and therefore I brought this time this grayscale drawing that I made of a card that I love the earth element:

I started sketching the silhouette, I did it very slowly because I wanted to make it as close as possible, so I gave all my concentration to this drawing during the whole afternoon.

After I had finished the silhouette as such, I proceeded to darken the lines, taking care that my pulse did not err too much, and in the middle of the creative process my wife came and approached me and took this picture with my phone.

Afterwards, I was sketching with my pencil to try to give it body and volume. I blurred the drawing with my fingers and then with the eraser of the pencil I was cleaning and giving the effect of small lights in the sketch.

This was the final result:

As I told you, I like this splinter because it is a super useful card in battle with the earth element. And we can't deny that it's a very sexy splinter hahaha. La semana pasada participé muy tarde en este concurso, es increible como cada semana es más y más rudo ganar, las creaciones artísticas son de altísima calidad, y yo pues no soy un artista, participo en el concurso porque amo el juego y me gusta muchisimo dibujar, y por ello traje en esta oportunidad este dibujo a escala de grises que realicé de una carta que me encanta del elemeno tierra:

Comencé esbozando la silueta, lo hice muy lentamente porque quería hacelo lo mas parecido posible, así que le dí toda mi concentración a este dibujo durante toda la tarde.

Lugo de haber culminado la silueta como tal, procedí a oscurecer las líneas, cuidando que mi pulso no errará demasíado, y en medio del proceso creativo mi esposa vino, se acercó a mí y me tomó con mi telefono esta fotografía.

Después, fuí sombriando con mi lápiz para intentar darle cuerpo y volumen. Difuminé el dibujo con mis dedos y luego con la borra del lápiz fui limpiando y dandole el efecto de pequeñas luces en el boceto.

Este fue el resultado final:

Como les comenté, este splinter me gusta porque es una carta super útil en batalla con el elemento de tierra. Y no podemos negar que es una splinter muy sexy jajajaja.
