DRAGON WHELP is the character of a card from @splinterlands game, originally this dragon is not very nice; but in my illustrative presentation I wanted to create a baby dragon with a nice and friendly appearance.

DRAGON WHELP es el personaje de una carta del juego de @splinterlands, originalmente dicho dragón se muestra poco agradable; pero en mi presentación ilustrativa quise crear un dragón bebe con apariencia amable y simpático.

To start the sketch, I first drew the face of the character, then I moved on to the body, which is quite simple, then I filled it with color, making combinations of green tones and I could not miss the bright red that makes this drawing more striking; I continued enlarging the image to apply different filters that cause light and shadow effects in some cases. To my baby dragon, I placed circular details in the forehead, horns and legs, I also duplicated a wing and its hooves are long and shiny; to finish my work, I made a gray oval to which I applied a filter to resemble the rusticity of the stone and I also placed a mottled background of pale orange color.

Para iniciar el boceto, trace primeramente la cara del personaje, para luego pasar a lo que es el cuerpo, el cual es bastante sencillo, seguido de ello lo llene de color, realizando combinaciones entre tonos verdes y no podía faltar el rojo vivo que hace que este dibujo sea más llamativo; continúe ampliando la imagen para aplicarle diferentes filtros que provocan efectos de luz y sombras en algunos casos.
