Hello everyone! My entry for this week is quite new for me. I've recently been captivated by those neon arts. So I made an effort to include the concept in my Splinterlands artwork.

Steps

First I created a sketch of how I like my image to appear.

Then I thickened the lines to make a final outline.

I started coloring the art

Instead of using tone on tone shading and highlights, I used contrast and neon.

I added an effect ( horizontal lines) used two diff colors.

Saved and imported the file to photoshop, overlayed the images and put some layer filters.
