The drawing tool used is Paint Tool Sai

La herramienta de dibujo usada es Paint Tool Sai

to give it some shine I used the same fluorescent color with light lines in the contour, I also added other elements in the boots because I felt that the gloves were too loaded with objects and diverted much attention to them by having strong colors like dark blue, gold and neon blue.

para darle algunos brillos use el mismo color fluorescente con leves lineas en el contorno, añadí también otros elementos en las botas pues sentía que los guantes estaban demasiado cargado de objetos y desvían mucho la atención hacia ellos por tener colores fuertes como el azul oscuro, el dorado y el celeste neón.
