never waste a point! - creating another entry for the weekly Battle Challenge

This weeks share a battle challenge in Splinterlands is about another card I actually find useful, so I want to give it another try! So, Mycelic Morphoid, here you are!

I really like the cheap cards (in terms of mana costs). In my opinion there are plenty of rule sets which give them enough space for delivering! And do not forget about those low mana battles that will only allow you about a dozen mana points to spend! Especially in low leagues they occur quite often!
Furthermore this cards is a really good "point saver", as well. Often enough you have one point left to spend, after your setup has been finalized. So what to do? -If you are playing Earth, go for the 1 points monster. After all your setup cannot be improved, so that unit is free. And it will take at least one hit!
That is how I used it in my shared battle, as well.

I want to share with you the following battle: https://m.splinterlands.io/#/battle/game/process/sl_7f5f181282393db691c185ae56fa096b
What happened and what is the setup? Earth, rather low mana... Chaos Agent might have been an alternative, but it does not have attack. So? Yes! Mycelic Morphoid!
-Why? It takes another hit... Honestly I am indifferent whether or not to put him in first position. But this ruleset allowed him a chance to hit, by taking cover behind the main tank.
Now enemy's setup. Earth, too, but different!
In the end the tank managed to make it, but all other units, including the Morphoid took valuable hits, that the tank did not have to take! So again, I think the Morphoid is good and a cheap choice for this!
