# "The abyss of Silver League 3" or "What happens when rentals get cancelled" - Splinter Stats Season 57 Report Card

As anticipated for weeks, I am finally down in Silver League 3! This is the place I would "naturally" be if there were no rentals. So why am I here when there are rentals?

I got enough rating points to go for Silver 1, at least. If I tried to force, I could have made it even again to Gold 3. But why didn't I? -The reason are rentals. They are great and can really take you to leagues you could not have done without. But then some 24hours earlier your long-term renting patron decided that the rent you paid for weeks is not enough anymore and cancelled your contract. Then rather unknowingly I stumbled into Silver3 and was not able to make up for higher leagues as rental offers went insane at the end of the season. Cheapest legendary gold foil was 4000 DEC/day and even the epics went for 1000DEC/day. So here I was...

Yeah, reward cards... with most cards being out of print, there was not a single gold card for me this season.
