Brawl Report #73 Just a slice of Stuffed Crust Pie!

I have been visiting Splinterlore to learn more about the lore of Splinterlands, here is a new soulbound reward card that I have been using, a lot, it is a really great combo card!

The Lore behind the Fungus Flinger by Splinterlands:
As charming as fungus flingers look, they are incredibly deadly if provoked. They are often found among the leaf litter and rotting vegetation in wetlands and forests, feeding upon the dead or decaying matter. They usually shy away from visitors, but if their colonies are threatened, they will attack, and the outcome tends to be most unpleasant.

These small creatures throw bits of fungus at any threat or danger and can be quite accurate. Their pasty projectiles explode on contact, blinding the target and grounding those that are airborne. Upon death, fungus flingers release spores that empower nearby allies.

On to the battle, the guild as a whole filled 15 out of 16 frays for this one, so close to a full boat on this one! This time around I am in something a little new for me Silver Wild format fight with 8 fights that have my name on them. Chimney became too strong for me to take down.

Battle #1 (Link)
We begin in the home arena with 50 mana, no armor, reverse speed and common and rare only. I decided to go death with double gladiators, hopefully it will work out well for me. They went fire on this one.

Battle #2 (Link)
Then we enter the enemy arena looking at 38 mana, thorns, no neutral, and enrage. I decided to go earth on this one, hopefully Quora will help me out. They went earth as well, but throwing up extra things of thorns doesn’t really help much. They went earth as well, but my setup just worked in my favor!

Battle #3 (Link)
Stayin in the enemy arena with this one I am looking at 34 mana, earthquake, close range, and super sneak. I am sticking with earth on this one, of course with some flying people this time around. They went dragon earth on this one, so lot’s of flying for them. Quora took this one home for me!

Battle #4 (Link)
Back in the home arena this time around with 34 mana, no neutral, true strike, and evens only. I’m going light on this one for the heal and the extra ranged damage. They went water, my guess is for that speed and extra armor. This could hurt a lot with their setup, however, I had too much damage going their way!

Battle #5 (Link)
Half way through the fights at this point, and this one is back at the home arena, 22 mana Fury, close range, and enrage. Still going with earth on this one, it seems to be working with me. They went fire on this one, I don’t think it is going to go well for me. Grund Enraged just did too much damage to me.

Battle #6 (Link)
Now back onto the road, looking at 56 mana, melee only, reverse speed and fury. Going with Fire on this one with some heavy hitters. They went fire as well, only a level 1 versus me. Similar lineups, but just slightly different. The reverse speed really killed me on this one, they were hitting me first.

Battle #7 (Link)
Back on the road with this one with 30 mana, amplify, melee can attack from anywhere and enrage. Going earth on this one for some double strikes. They went earth as well, hopefully I can do more damage then they can do to me. Katrelba came through for me!

Battle #8 (Link)
Last fight in the home arena with 52 mana, odds only and no melee. Not looking strong on this one, going light on this one with Grandmaster Rathe for that extra armor. They went dragon on this one, that will slow me down, so that is not good. Yeah, not a good fight for me at all on this one.

12 in a half hours to go and I am sitting at 3 and 2, not a bad start this time around, not to mention some nice action shots! The guild is sitting in 2nd place, we are 3 wins ahead of 3rd, so hopefully we can hold on to it!

I ended up 4 and 4, I have had better, but I have had worse as well. The guild ended up in 2nd place, so a good brawl for us!

Due to the merits I was able to get another gladius pack, I will take another Edith!
