Brawl Report #82, Keep on Climbing! Grab the SPL Land, Finding Gold!

These reports just keep climbing up! Stay up on it, and keep on trekking, something interesting in Splinterlands lately is the Land that has been broken up, you can now own a piece and get somethings going, I hope to get there someday, so upvote so I can save for that nice costal piece of land for myself! So, let’s start by looking at SPS which is currently trending at $0.029, it crept up a little bit, upward trends are nice! I have been visiting Splinterlore to learn more about the lore of Splinterlands, here is part of the lore, want to know more, check out the Story of the Coastal Sentry

The Lore behind the Coastal Sentry by Splinterlands:

• The coast of Praetoria is full of beauty and danger, and nothing encapsulates that better than the coastal sentry. These warriors hail from the watery settlements of the merfolk. Their role is to guard their people and the sea life around them, often swimming out for weeks on end, tracking a route around their territory.*

Most of the time, coastal sentries will avoid strangers unless they pose a threat, choosing instead to slip away quietly before they are seen.

On to the battle, the guild as a whole filled 14 out of 16 frays for this one, need just a few more! This one is in Silver Chaos Legion only format fight with 8 fights that have my name.

Battle #1 (Link)
This time around we start in the enemy arena with 31 mana, opportunity, extra armor, and no ranged. I went fire on this one, just for the little extra boost. Timing just did not work out for me on this one, they blew through me quickly. My monsters where so shamed they hide for the picture…

Battle #2 (Link)
This one is in the home arena, which is nice 39 mana, enraged melee can attack from anywhere and summoners do not give a boost. I went death on this one, to hopefully knock them down a little bit. They went dragon death, so hopefully it works out well for me. This one went well for me, surprisingly I did win.

Battle #3 (Link)
Staying in the home field with this one, 21 mana, fury, magic hits shield first and common and rare only. I went water for that extra shield and speed. They went light on this one, epic so return fire, luckily, I don’t have anything that is ranged. Even though they took out the healer early on, I came through on this one, those shields really did help a lot!

Battle #4 (Link)
Back on the road again looking at 29 mana, poison, melee can attack from anywhere and small fry. I’m going fire on this one, mostly due to the Xenith Monk so that it can hit while healing through the poison. They went death, looking at some of the same strategies that I have, just with a little more of a twist. However, that cleanse saved me when they could not do much damage to my front line!

Battle #5 (Link)
Stayin on the road for the 5th fight, Opportunity, trample can go multiples and true strike, oh and 17 mana. I’m going earth on this one for a double attack, hopefully it will work out. They went earth as well, looks like an interesting lineup actually. This was a lesson is how to get a gladiator up to crazy high levels quickly 😊 a good win!

Battle #6 (Link)
Moving on to the 6th fight that takes place in the home arena, 24 mana, thorns, and opportunity. I’m going water on this one, hoping that my legendary gladiator with blast does great! They went water as well on this one, I don’t know how well this one will go for me. My gladiator came through for me on this one, killing everyone on the other team!

Battle #7 (Link)
Second to last, back in the home arena for the last time this brawl. We have 36 mana, true strike, earthquake, and enrage. I am going earth on this one for quora, but then also, healing and a little fight, but mostly buffing my people. They went earth as well, with double attacks in the back, that could hurt. Came down to the end, but I still lost this one.

Battle #8 (Link)
The last fight this time around comes in the enemy arena, 30 mana, odds only, and summoners do not provide a buff. I’m going to try light on this one, haven’t done it yet this brawl so why not, looking at the healing and repair to get me through. They went water on this one, double opportunity, I am sure that I lost this one. Yeah, did not go well for me.

Just under 18 hours to go on this one and I am sitting at 2 and 2, not bad, but not great. The guild is in second place, hopefully we can maintain that position!
This was a good one for me, I ended up 5 and 3! The guild ended in 2nd place, always a good place to be!
