I have won with the draw one time as well since P3 upgraded its barracks awhile ago, I actually think it is quite fun to win that way!
I think the maintenance really messed with the brawl this time, luckliy we had everyone having their teams in before it happend.

the maintenance messed up a lot of my rentals too. Lots of long term rentals all got erased overnight... sigh.
