TeamPH Officially Launches Rent-to-Own Decks

TeamPH launched their land plot mortgage opportunity about 2 weeks ago. Many of the community members expressed interest in expending this idea to include decks. After a week of planning TeamPH has officially completed its first Filipino player rent to own deck.

Before we get into the detail I asked permission to share a few things said wile I was talking to whoswho a Filipino TeamPH community member wile working out the details of his deck.

Quote "I lost my job working in the engineering department of an electronics company and have been out of work for 1 year. I had a chance at a new job but it required me to sell all my assets in Splinterlands. I am now I.T. support and stable again with my new job, its time for me to give back. I never quit my guild and I want to a support them. @damienwolf was also one of my guildmates in StrayPH. I really want to get back to playing Splinterlands, it is fun."

He thanked TeamPH at a chance to Rent-to-Own and hopes to have his deck paid off in 1 year. When we work as a community everyone can live with abundance.

Here you will find the current details of the agreement.

• Player must have 10,000 staked TeamPH token to avail a deck.
• No down payments
• Player pays first month upfront.
• Player pays 2% interest on remaining principal
• If deal gets cancel player gets back 50% of the principal payed.
• 2 months of missed payments and deal is canceled automatically.
• Player gets back 10% of principal and interest paid each month in TeamPH Tokens.
• Deck is delegated to player and held as collateral until the deck is fully paid.
• Payments can be made in Peso, any Crypto and all Splinterlands Assets.

After integrating the first transaction into a spreadsheet.
