What is Up Splinterlands!

It been a while since I made my splinterlands fan art, and recently Reward cards has been released, and was able to pull the Possessed Puppet. I was find it dark and awesome! even the Lore of this card is so dark I had to do an art for it!

Art Process

I started this art by drafting a circle for the head, follow by key features, from the braided hair to the doll face, the cracked side of the face to the evil grin and the dress of the Possessed Puppet. I also wanted it my art to be holding her knife ready to kill.

On Sketch 4, I was focusing on the hand gesture holding the knife with two hands, and also sketch for the ribbon, the direction of the braids like its jumping towards it's victim and the facial feature of the evil face. On Sketch 5 and 6 I started to draw the line art before coloring it.

Line Art	Colors and Shadow

Brush Set: Fountain pen finishing the line art, I go ahead and color the puppet, and mark where I want to cast the shadows so it would look flat by making a layer on top of the base color and choose a lighter one and reducing 40% transparency. The story of the Possessed Puppet is very dark and I wanted to add more to it from it's lore, so I added blood paint all over it using Brush Set: Speckle and here is the outcome.

Final Piece

Adding some Radiant background color to make it more scenic, and squirting blood all over.

As the Doll slits Anna's Father, he throws the doll away, knocking himself on his back while holding on to his throat and his dear life, the doll stands up cracking half of it's face open showing the true evil form within as it run towards him and stabs him multiple times in the heart. The Man couldn't do anything, stunned from the view of the face of evil, as he lay dead on the floor. #splintertalk
