[ENG/ESP] Splinterlands Art Contest Week 182- Rexxie Pixel-Art

Greetings users of the #Splinterlands community, due to lack of time I couldn't enter last week's contest but this time I want to share with all of you my entry to the #182 contest for this week, so I will show you the procedure I used to make this drawing in a brief way.For this week I chose our friend Rexxie, who seemed like a character I could play in this change of style I decided to do.

Before I start I would like to tell you that this is the first time I try the Pixel-Art, this style really surprised me because at first glance I thought it was easy but once I started my project I realized that it is quite complex but I can really say that I had a lot of fun in the process.

Saludos usuarios de la comunidad de #Splinterlands, por falta de tiempo no pude entrar en el concurso de la semana pasada pero en esta ocasión quiero compartir con todos ustedes mi entrada al concurso #182 correspondiente a esta semana, por lo que mostrare el procedimiento que utilice para realizar este dibujo de una manera breve. Para esta semana escogí a nuestro amigo Rexxie, el cual me parecio un personaje que podria interpretar en este cambio de estilo que decidi hacer.

Antes de comenzar les comento que es la primera vez que pruebo el Pixel-Art, dicho estilo realmente me sorprendió ya que a simple vista pensaba que era fácil pero una vez inicie mi proyecto me di cuenta que es bastante complejo realizarlo pero realmente puedo decir que me divertí mucho en el proceso.

Process | Procedimiento

• Step #1:
  I started by making the lineart of the character, which took me some time to be able to give it the proper Pixel-Art shape.

• Paso #1:
  Comencé realizando el lineart del personaje, el cual me tomo algo de tiempo poder darle la forma adecuada de Pixel-Art.

• Step #2:
  Once the lineart was finished I proceeded to give the base colours to the character and at the same time I was also giving him some light and shadow details.

• Paso #2:
  Una vez finalizado el lineart procedí a darle los colores bases al personaje y a la vez fui dándole también algunos detalles de luz y sombra.

• Step #3:
  Finished all the details of the character, the next thing was to make a small background to place on the character.

• Paso #3:
  Finalizado todos los detalles del personaje lo siguiente fue realizar un pequeño fondo para colocar en el al personaje.
