Another week has gone by in my challenge to opening 1000 Chaos Legion packs, and I will closely monitor and transparently share all details about the challenge in these posts.

When I started to do sports betting seriously and devoured all books and information pertaining to statistics and modelling sports betting, I learnt about negative expected value. Not to go too much into detail, but the gist is that a sports bet that produces a negative expectation value over the long term would be a long-term loser and therefore not worth it. This week's pack opening has been the worse of the challenge so far!
All total values increased negatively, with yield per pack being the highest since the challenge started (-$1.41), and the P/L is in touching distance of -$100 loss. I was reminded in the comments on my previous post that all it takes is a Gold Foil Legendary to turn things around; I guess this is why casinos are always busy, as it gives that hope of landing the jackpot!
Key Cards
Previous pack openings had at least one legendary card, which significantly helps prop up the value of the cards. There was no such luck this week, and apart from a Gold Foil Portal Spinner and a few rare summoners, noting that stood out in terms of value.

hope that makes players very enthusiastic, I've felt it, even though I didn't buy as many packs as you did, but that feeling and the hope of getting a high-value card is very tempting :D
Good luck, you never know when the balance get positive. on 1400 packs I think I only got around 50-60 Gold, and only 1-2 GL. Not impressed until now.
But, I got quite few cards on every airdrop card, so, I presume they compensate the loss. Do you monitor the airdrop cards?
